Some areas, including pedestrian zones, historic streets in Funchal, and locations with restricted access for the type of transport we use, may not be suitable for direct pick-up. If your accommodation is located outside our pick-up area or in a restricted-access zone, please provide us with your full accommodation address so that we can direct you to the nearest available meeting point in Funchal. Our activities are usually operated in groups of around 16 participants. However, during peak seasons, the type of transport may be adjusted and the number of participants per group may increase, depending on availability and logistical requirements.

The pick up was on time and the actual west tour of the Island was very good and informative. Crammed a lot into one day.

A great chance to sample and see different parts of island life. Taking in scenic coastlines rugged cliff sides and forests along the way with the odd banana farms and vineyards. We had the bonus of having a local guide Joe giving an insight to his life on the island. He was informative and knowledgeable and amusing and gave us plenty of opportunities for snapping pics of Madeiras gorgeous landscape.

Very beautiful landscapes but the driver is not a guide; he shows us potato and zucchini fields.. Nothing about the country's history, the population, or the names of certain trees..
