O tour será realizado na região de Kakheti, principal região produtora de vinho da Geórgia e durará cerca de 9 - 10 horas. Inclui 3 degustações em diferentes vinícolas (orgânico, familiar, convencional) e um almoço. Durante esta experiência você provará variedades georgianas únicas de vinhos vermelhos e brancos produzidos de acordo com a tecnologia "Qvevri" do vaso de argila georgiano. Primeira parada - aldeia Badiauri para provar pão georgiano fresco diretamente da padaria emparelhado com queijo local. Próxima parada - cidade fortificada única de Sighnaghi. Passeie pelas estreitas ruas de pedra de pedra da cidade, terminando a visita com a degustação de 3 tipos de vinhos e Chacha (Vodka de Grape) na bodega orgânica Okros ou Cradle of Wine. Almoço na vinícola Mukuzani de propriedade familiar com vinhos naturais e comida caseira tradicional. 3a degustação (2 tipos de vinhos) no antigo refúgio de bombas do túnel subterrâneo da vinícola de Khareba.

A segunda parada será na cidade de Love Sighnaghi. Passeie pelas ruas estreitas de paralelepípedos de Sighnaghi para chegar à Boutique Winery Okro's 100% orgânica. A Okros é líder na produção de vinhos naturais na Geórgia, exportando vinhos orgânicos para os EUA, Reino Unido, Itália, França, Austrália e países escandinavos e é vendida nos principais bares e restaurantes de vinhos naturais em todo o mundo. Neste lugar maravilhoso, você aprenderá em detalhes com o proprietário como o vinho é feito de acordo com a antiga tradição georgiana e terá a chance de provar 3 variedades de vinho diferentes e Chacha como bônus (vodka de uva georgiana). Apreciando o Vale Alazani e ao fundo belas vistas das Grandes Montanhas do Cáucaso a partir do terraço da adega. Depois de algumas taças de vinhos naturais, vamos dar uma olhada na Marani (adega de vinho) do Okro, o lugar onde toda a magia da vinificação georgiana está acontecendo.
Nossa primeira parada curta será na vila Badiauri, onde você experimentará o tradicional pão fresco georgiano Shoti diretamente da padaria, emparelhado com queijo caseiro local
Almoço tradicional georgiano na família Kakhetian local na aldeia de Muluzani, o vinhateiro irá acolher você pessoalmente e irá levá-lo em torno de sua adega de vinho onde sua própria produção será oferecida para amostragem, o que na Geórgia significa beber verdadeiro do que apenas amostragem :) A degustação será seguida por almoço feito em casa, todos os produtos são produzidos localmente na aldeia pela família anfitriã ou pelos vizinhos. De acordo com as tradições georgianas, o vinho deve estar sempre presente durante a festa.
A vinícola Khareba está localizada no túnel subterrâneo do antigo território do abrigo antibombas soviético, é uma das maiores vinícolas da Geórgia, produzindo vinhos convencionais de alta qualidade de acordo com a tecnologia tradicional de vinificação georgiana em Qvevris (enormes jarras de barro enterradas na terra) e também usando uma europeia . Você experimentará 2 tipos de vinhos tradicionais Qvevri em um túnel subterrâneo de 4,1 km de comprimento, usado principalmente para armazenamento e envelhecimento de vinhos. Os hóspedes terão a oportunidade de participar de masterclass de preparação da sobremesa local chamada Churchkhela, feita a partir de suco de uva e nozes (se disponível) como alternativa de visita a outra vinícola - Kindzmarauli Corporation, inclui passeio pela fábrica e degustação de 5 diferentes tipos de vinho

Excellent experience! We had a great day with Kahka, and really enjoyed the wine, the great food and the many people we encountered through the day.
Giga was an exceptional tour guide! His knowledge of Georgia’s history and culture and geology was outstanding. He took us to local bakeries and spice shops that we would never have found for ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble. The wine tour itself was very good (especially the traditional lunch prepared by a family) but I think that 3 wine stops is too much in terms of alcohol (the samples are very generous!) and time
Can’t recommend this tour enough. All guides (we did an 2 day tour so two different guides) and the driver were delightful, spoke great English and taught us so much about the region’s history as well as the wine. Loved all wineries that we visited, including an amazing lunch cooked by the owner’s wife of one of the wineries, as well as a stop of bread, cheese and the local desert at different places. Great communication beforehand too of exactly what was included, and happy to change anything to suit us.

Visited 3 wine production sites and stopped to see and taste some local food The 2nd stop was by far the best amazing home made food with a very passionate wine maker running his small winery... The tour went across some very beautiful landscape and the guides were easy to get along with... Worth doing if you have a spare day as the travelling by car takes a full day 9.30am - 7...

We had an amazing day exploring wine country with Tsotne and George. They took us to amazing wineries, provided excellent background and advice, and were fun to be around all day! Tsotne did an excellent job accommodating our request for a trip on a Georgian holiday. This involved last-minute coordination to find different wineries that we would enjoy. He went the extra mile to make this happen for us and create a great experience. In addition to his encyclopedic knowledge of wine he was also a great source of historic knowledge and helped us frame recent events. He is the sort of guy you want to have a drink with (and luckily, there was plenty to drink) We highly recommend this wine tasting tour!

Prior to embarking on my first trip to Georgia, I reached out to multiple tour groups to enquire regarding custom wine tours within the Kakheti region. Out of all the responses I received, Tsotne impressed me with his thorough and detailed responses for the 3-day itinerary I was looking for. Tsotne provided each day's activity, what would be included and what was to be expected, along with the cost. Nothing was left out or a surprise later on. The actual tour ended up being even better than I could have expected. The wineries and stops were hand-picked by Tsotne, and at each one, both him and the host made us feel like we were part of their Georgian family. There was so much care in what they do, the food, the wine, the hospitality. This level of luxury was not surpassed in my entire 2 week trip to Georgia (despite the rest of the trip being excellent too). The private tour made it feel super intimate and no matter what group size, you were taken care of. On top of the tour, Tsotne's knowledge of everything in Georgia (including people everywhere we went) was fantastic and we had great conversations, both during the winery visits and when in transit. I would 100% recommend Tsotne to anyone that wants a fully-immersed Georgian experience into wine country. I would even consider it for experienced travelers to Georgia, as the level of care that goes into the planning would make any trip that much better.

A day very well spent our guide Otto and driver George are super amazing. We hot picked up from our hotel they are super nice and extremely accommodating. The entire day was absolutely perfect and would recommend them to anyone coming to Georgia.
