Seu passeio conosco é um passeio de jipe de dia inteiro e pernoite. No passeio de jipe, você verá montanhas imponentes, formações rochosas únicas, pontes rochosas, petróglifos e dunas de areia. Há uma curta caminhada por um desfiladeiro sombreado. Seus guias turísticos amam seu deserto e querem compartilhar seus conhecimentos com você. Eles são relaxados e flexíveis, movendo-se no ritmo que você deseja. Em cada local, você terá tempo para explorar e tirar fotos. O almoço é preparado no fogo pelo seu guia. Você chegará ao nosso acampamento pouco antes do pôr do sol. Nosso acampamento está localizado a 11 km ao sul da vila de Wadi Rum e oferece vistas espetaculares do pôr do sol. É também um ótimo local para observar as estrelas e contar as estrelas cadentes. Nossos visitantes comentam sobre o silêncio total que experimentam em nosso acampamento. É relativamente pequeno, acomodando até 22 pessoas, por isso é ideal para famílias e grupos que desejam um ambiente privado. Itinerário
Lawrence Primavera - Depois de conhecê-lo na vila de Wadi Rum, partimos em nosso passeio de jipe, e nossa primeira parada é Lawrence Spring. Conhecido pelos habitantes locais como Ain Abu Aineh, Lawrence Spring está localizado a uma curta caminhada até a montanha (Jebel Rum) de onde paramos, e você pode seguir o oleoduto e caminhar até a nascente. Há vistas espetaculares de lá. O oleoduto traz água para um longo bebedouro onde os camelos vêm beber. Perto está uma grande rocha com antigos hieróglifos escritos pelos nabateus que viveram na área por volta de 300 a.C.
Dunas de Areia Vermelha - Em seguida, dirigimos para as Dunas de Areia Vermelha. É uma duna alta de areia vermelha macia e bonita. Você pode subir até o topo da duna, onde há um planalto rochoso com vistas panorâmicas de 360 graus de uma grande área aberta de deserto, cercada por três montanhas - Jebel Rum, Um Ishrin e Jebel Khazali.
Desfiladeiro Khazali - Paramos perto do Khazali Canyon e caminhamos alguns minutos até uma pequena divisão na montanha de Khazali, que se abre para um desfiladeiro de paredes altas. A luz do sol se filtra entre as paredes do desfiladeiro, mostrando todos os tons de rosa, marrom e cinza nas paredes rochosas. Existem três piscinas rochosas a cerca de 20 metros no cânion, secas no verão e cheias de água após as chuvas ocasionais nos meses de inverno. Khazali Canyon é famoso pela variedade de arte rupestre e inscrições encontradas lá - esculpidas pelos povos que viveram na área ao longo dos séculos - tamúdicos, árabes e nabateus. Existem petróglitos de humanos, animais e pegadas. Também a escrita cúfica, uma antiga escrita árabe, está inscrita nas paredes.
Ponte da Pedra Pequena - Também conhecido como Pequeno Arco. Em seguida, paramos perto de um pequeno afloramento rochoso e é fácil caminhar até a ponte rochosa. Este é um ótimo lugar para fotos no centro da ponte. Observação: a Littie Rock Bridge está localizada no deserto, não na vila de Wadi Rum, como a Viator escreveu como a única opção para o endereço.
Casa Lourenço - A Lawrence House está localizada a cerca de 10 minutos de carro a sudeste da Little Rock Bridge, bem no deserto de Wadi Rum. Acredita-se que a casa tenha sido construída no topo das ruínas nabeteanas, e há uma pequena inscrição nabatean nas rochas próximas. É relatado, mas não se sabe ao certo, que T. E. Lawrence (da fama de Lawrence da Arábia) ficou nesta casa durante seu tempo morando com beduínos na área de Wadi Rum. Olhando da casa para o nordeste a vista se estende por muitos quilômetros ao longo do fundo do vale, e virando para o sul há uma visão ainda mais distante. É fácil imaginar que este foi um grande ponto de observação estratégico tanto para os nabateus de milhares de anos atrás, quanto para Lawrence e as tribos beduínas durante a revolta árabe contra os turcos de 100 anos atrás. Hoje restam apenas os restos da casa e o silêncio do deserto.
Parada para almoço - No meio do dia paramos para almoçar. Encontraremos um lugar legal para parar se você visitar durante os meses de verão. Seu guia preparará sua comida fresca, cozinhando galayet bandora no fogo e servindo com uma variedade de pratos - incluindo hummus, tomates e pepinos, pão e muito mais. Você terá tempo para relaxar e também explorar a área.
Pedra de Cogumelo - Nossa primeira parada após o almoço é Mushroom Rock, localizada no meio do deserto (não na vila). Esta é uma das muitas formações rochosas intrigantes encontradas em todo o deserto de Wadi Rum. Como o nome sugere, a rocha parece um cogumelo e oferece ótimas oportunidades para fotos, enquanto você experimenta "segurar" essa enorme rocha.
Burdah Rock Bridge - Nossa próxima parada é perto da Burdah Rock Bridge. Este arco rochoso faz parte da cordilheira de Burdah e eleva-se a 300 metros acima do fundo do vale. Embora ofereçamos um passeio de dia inteiro que inclui uma caminhada até o topo e novamente para baixo, neste passeio não subimos até o arco, mas paramos e vemos o arco do outro lado do fundo do vale bem abaixo.
Abu Khashaba Canyon e dunas de areia - Desfiladeiro de Abu Khashaba - Um dos destaques do seu dia é a caminhada pelo Abu Khashaba Canyon. Compramos o jipe e mostramos a entrada do cânion, e então seu guia contornará a montanha até a outra extremidade do cânion e esperará por você lá. A caminhada é fácil com uma pequena parte rochosa no meio. A duração será de cerca de 35 minutos, ou menos tempo para pessoas muito aptas. Mas é bom não ter pressa e aproveitar as árvores e as temperaturas amenas. dunas de areia de Abu Khashaba - Perto de onde você sai do cânion, há uma duna de areia perfeita para o sandboard. Nós fornecemos uma prancha de areia para você (sem custo) e deixamos você se divertir na areia.
Um Frouth Rock Bridge - Outro ótimo lugar e atração favorita em nosso itinerário, e o último arco rochoso que visitamos neste passeio. Fica no deserto branco, e de onde paramos o jipe, Um Frouth é quase invisível com tantas pedras de cores parecidas ao fundo. A maioria das pessoas consegue subir até o topo e até atravessar a ponte.
Pedra da Galinha - Esta é outra formação rochosa interessante que, de uma direção, se assemelha a uma galinha. Alguns veem uma vaca quando olham para ela. Você decide. Dunas de areia macia - Perto está uma grande duna de areia (independente, não contra uma montanha) que é feita de areia muito macia. O vento faz belos desenhos e ondulações na areia desta duna, e os rastros de pequenos besouros e lagartos são bem visíveis, rendendo ótimas fotos.
Observação do pôr do sol e pernoite - inclui jantar e café da manhã. A poucos minutos de carro de Chicken Rock chegamos ao nosso acampamento - a parada final do dia - a tempo de ver o pôr do sol. É aqui que você passará a noite e a noite. Nosso acampamento está localizado na área de Um Sabatah, no deserto de Wadi Rum, famoso por seu pôr do sol espetacular. Relaxe com uma xícara de chá beduíno em nossa barraca de jantar, sente-se nas areias vermelhas um pouco mais longe ou suba a pequena montanha atrás de nosso acampamento. Cada lugar oferece vistas panorâmicas do pôr do sol. Depois do jantar, sentamos em esteiras confortáveis ao redor de uma fogueira, em nossa tenda beduína (no inverno) ou ao ar livre sob o céu estrelado (no verão), e desfrutamos de chá e conversa, cantando e dançando e contando as estrelas cadentes. I was alone but made to feel so welcome. The tents were way more comfortable than expected, the food was surprisingly delicious, it was all excellent value I thought. It's the furthest camp from the village so no disturbances at all. A grazing camel even wandered over! I loved the tour as well, even had lunch cooked in the shade of a hill. It's an amazing experience in every way. Thanks team!

It was one of the best experiences for me and my family. We started with a camel ride in the beautiful desert then checked out the canions and arcs, the nature is incredibly fascinating. The people, Salem the host and Francis, are amazing people that made this experience even better. We slept under the stars which was an unbelievable, with the most beautiful views. Would recommend 100%, It was an unforgettable experience.

I had an amazing experience doing an under the stars overnight stay and jeep tour with Salem. The Bedouin food and tea were excellent. And jeep tour in the morning was amazing too. Salem is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Had an absolutely incredible time in the desert with Salem and his brothers. The camp was just as expected – very comfortable and really felt like you were out in the desert on your own, because you basically were! The stars were amazing, and had a perfect time laying out next to the fire just looking up at the night sky. The tour was great fun, and Salem was the perfect guide – accommodating all of our needs, and being very knowledgeable and lots of fun. The food was incredible and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Jordan, which is an all round amazing country with great people. Thank you for making it a once in a lifetime experience.

We spent a very beautiful and rewarding day in the desert of Wadi Rum with Salem, an attentive guide, patient and real wealth of information. He took us to 12 different spots, all interesting and varied. We also had the chance to share a generous lunch with his family, a warm moment during which we discussed and exchanged well. In the evening we spent the night in his camp. We were the only guests that day, which allowed us to spend a privileged time with Salem around dinner. The tent was comfortable, and even though the sky was overcast — depriving us of the sunset and stars — the experience remained memorable

I travelled to Jordan alone and Salim and Frances were soooo good at communicating all relevant information before my stay, alleviating any anxieties. Due to the quiet tourist period, related to people's anxieties about the Israeli war, I was the only guest at the camp and Salim and Frances were absolutely wonderful at making me feel so welcome and comfortable. I stayed overnight and had a 3hr jeep tour in the morning. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've had travelling. The environment was beautiful, the sights which Salim took me to were stunning and the service was overall great. Couldn't recommend enough.

The real Bedouin are serving it. Wadi Rum is divided into two areas: Protected area and Diseh. This will be the former. Discounts are available for stays of 2 nights or more. Restrooms and showers are communal. I especially recommend the OP "Sleeping under the stars". 15JD per person. It was great to sleep under the stars. I was able to see many shooting stars. All three meals were voluptuous and delicious. The most impressive thing is the birthday surprise. We were able to meet with them beforehand by email and it was a great success. My friend was quite happy. Please note that you will be approached by a variety of people at the Visitor Center, which is the entrance, but you must not speak to anyone. Fraud is rampant, scamming people out of money. If they talk to you, please ignore them at all. Also, there are no ATMs on site. You will need to have enough local currency in advance to pay in cash. English is understood without any problems, so I can recommend it to Japanese people. The staff are all friendly and will definitely be the best memories.

We compared many camps in the Wadi Rum Desert beforehand, but this one is really the best (which was also confirmed on the spot)! It is located at the extreme edge of the Protected Area, after which comes only the deep desert. This makes for a longer journey (on the jeep from the camp), but this is an exciting experience in itself – and definitely worth it! The silence in the camp and its surroundings is indescribable, the view from the local mountain (and also from the cabin) breathtaking and the sunset a true dream. The tent cabins are incredibly comfortable and the whole complex is very well maintained and extremely clean, especially for being in the middle of the desert. The food is rich and delicious, and there is also plenty for vegetarians and vegans. Day trips are relaxed and impressive at the same time! In the evening, a campfire creates a cosy atmosphere, under a sparkling starry sky with delicious tea and exciting stories of Salem. A visit to Neumond is particularly recommended to admire the Milky Way in its full glory. The people here are incredibly friendly! Salem is a great guy, his brothers also all nice and Frances the good soul of the camp. We constantly talk about our stay at "Real Bedouin Experience" and plan to come back to Jordan sometime (hopefully very soon!)! An unforgettable experience and highly recommended! Book with Salem – and preferably two nights directly to take the full experience with you! We have travelled a lot but have never been to such a magical place where you felt so far away from everything. (Sorry Salem & Frances for the late review! The only tip: with the day trips more information and explanations would be nice. We look forward to next time! Nina & Andi)

Excellent desert experience - a small camp so you get a very personal experience. The desert tour was customized for what we wanted to so and see. Meals were basic Bedouin style but more than plentiful and yummy. Salem Nasser and his team are so gracious and eager to please.

This tour was a really good Bedouin experience! We met Salem at wadi rum village and started the jeep tour through the desert. We visited a lot of places and ended up at the campsite. The tent was very comfortable, very hot showers and the dinner was incredibly delicious. Salem set with us at the fire at night, with tea, watching the stars. Salem speaks English very well and is a very good host. He even helped us with the transportation to and out of wadi rum village. If you want a real Bedouin experience, I would recommend for sure!
