My wife and I had an incredible professional photoshoot experience at the Eiffel Tower in Paris with MaxPixels. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fun, and memorable. Our photographer, Akhil, was absolutely fantastic — he guided us with creative pose ideas, made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and kept the entire session enjoyable and relaxed. Akhil was efficient and polite. Even with a busy venue, he was able to capture great family photos. We were very pleased with our results.
Extremely disappointing experience. We booked a photoshoot with this maxpixel photography page, but unfortunately we reached 5–10 minutes late because they sent us the wrong location and did not clearly explain the meeting point. It was also our first morning in Paris, so naturally we were unfamiliar with the area and trying to find the correct place. Despite this , they immediately cancelled the shoot and refused to refund our booking amount. We politely requested many times if they could adjust us in another slot, but instead of helping, they told us that we would have to pay the full amount again to book another session. The behaviour was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking basic customer service. For a service dealing with tourists, some understanding and flexibility should be expected. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined our excitement. Would not recommend booking with them. We did the photoshoot with other page who were very friendly and co operating and not at all like them .
Hello, We take all feedback seriously, but we would like to clarify that we have no record of this booking or experience with us. All our meeting points are clearly communicated in advance via message, including exact location pins and instructions, which hundreds of our clients successfully follow every week. Regarding timing, our sessions are scheduled back-to-back, especially short 30-minute shoots. Unfortunately, when clients arrive late, it directly impacts the next bookings, and we are unable to extend or reschedule on the spot. That said, we always do our best to accommodate whenever possible. In terms of cancellations and refunds, all bookings made through Viator are subject to their policy, which clearly states that cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. This is not a decision made individually by us, but a platform-wide rule. We always aim to provide a professional and friendly experience to every client, as reflected in the majority of our reviews. We encourage anyone with a genuine booking concern to contact us directly so we can assist appropriately. Thank you.
I had a wonderful experience with Max Pixels Photography at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. I went there with my husband, our baby, and my brother, and it became one of the most special moments of our trip. The photographer was very friendly, kind, and professional. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning and was especially patient with our baby, which we really appreciated. He guided us with poses and took us to some beautiful spots around the Eiffel Tower for the best photos. The whole photoshoot felt relaxed and enjoyable, and the pictures turned out absolutely beautiful. These photos will always remind us of our amazing family trip to Paris.
