This was a fantastic experience. My mom and I had a hoot all day. We learned a ton and met some great people along the way. Would highly recommend.
My fiancé and I loved the pasta and gelato making classes! Noemi, Gloria and Alessia were so friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us all. The food at the end was one of the best we had in our entire trip! The many bottles of wine was a bonus for us too. We even got the recipes at the end which we will definitely try out. It also made us buy a gelato machine! The only fault I have is not through any of the ladies fault but more the advertisement on the website. The trip to the farm was originally stated to be 15 minutes outside of Florence but it turned out to be 50 minutes, so that made us change plans after the classes.
awesome experience loved it everyone was so nice and the food was so good
I am pleased to give this pasta and gelato making class a 5-star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The experience was fun, engaging, and well organized from start to finish. The instructors were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, making the class enjoyable for participants of all skill levels. I learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, including proper kneading and shaping techniques, and gained valuable insight into the process of creating authentic Italian gelato. The hands-on experience made the class both educational and entertaining. The ingredients were fresh, the instructions were clear, and the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. It was also a wonderful opportunity to learn about Italian culinary traditions while creating delicious food. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in cooking, Italian cuisine, or simply looking for a unique and memorable experience. It exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you Lavinia, Camilla, Stefania. Teresa & Nicole Canada
We had an amazing experience! Everyone was super helpful and made the entire experience super enjoyable! We learned so much and highly recommend this class.
We enjoyed this so much!!! Aurora, Tiziano and Lodovik were the best hosts. My very active 18 and 15 yr old sons enjoyed making the strawberry gelato together. We all loved the pizza making!!! Definitely recommend for families of all ages:)
The only problem is if you NCS 70s there’s a lot of hiking to do up the hill and down the hill other than that was a beautiful experience
The time at the farmhouse was amazing. The pizza making was so much fun and it was so good. The gelato was yummy at the end too. Here are a couple of issues of why I only gave it 4/5 stars. Tickets were bought on TripAdvisor and the meeting location was not easy to find. And when we did find it we had to wait for a family that was late and then walk almost 10 minutes to the bus. I did a tour last year that we met at the same exact spot the bus was located and doing another tour tomorrow that is meeting there as well. Why couldn’t we just meet there and save the trouble of trying to find the tour person in a crowded area and then walk to the bus, makes no sense. The ride there was miserable, the air conditioning on the bus was not working and it was brutally hot. When we got there we got off the bus and the fun began. Started with gelato making, then outside to make the dough then back inside to get the gelato mixture in the maker before it went in the freezer and back outside to finish the pizza. The staff was amazing and fun and would recommend for anyone if they can figure out a few things. To finish off the night the rude people that were late, 3 adults and 2 young kids, decided it was okay to have the bus stop at the bottom of the hill for them even though the tickets expressly say no hotel pick ups or drop offs. Felt like they and the bus ride with the meeting spot could have even dropped it down to 3 stars but the time at the farmhouse was too good to not at least give it 4/5 stars.
Such a fun experience! Great for family, interactive, kept us surprisingly busy for the entire duration of the course. The farm was very nice with beautiful views, especially at sunset. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience for my daughters and me, and one of the highlights of our trip. The drive to the farm was comfortable and enjoyable, enhanced by fascinating stories about the history and culture of the region. Upon arrival, we were greeted by breathtaking grounds that provided the perfect setting for the day. The three main instructors—Lavinia, Alessia, and Ivana—were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, making the experience enjoyable for participants of all skill levels. The group size was ideal, with approximately 28 people, allowing for a fun and interactive atmosphere without ever feeling crowded. During the class, we learned how to make two different types of pasta and prepared fresh pesto for one of the dishes. We also had the opportunity to watch the preparation of a rich and authentic Bolognese sauce. The gelato-making portion was equally enjoyable, especially the chance to sample 14 different flavors for dessert. Dinner was relaxed and unhurried, giving everyone time to savor the meal and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Afterward, we strolled through the grounds as the sun began to set, capturing some truly spectacular photographs. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. It was memorable, educational, and a perfect way to spend an afternoon with family.
