We are very impressed by the palace, but we are not impressed by the gardens. The lack of signage and the lack of actual gardens really kind of threw us off. We had much better expectations and the pictures do not need the actual. I would skip the gardens in the future and just do the palace.

Gardens are great and so is museum. The bad part is having to scan your ticket to each area. Not ideal if tix are on your phone and there is no internet access within the grounds.

It’s an incredible place and you can spend hours here. Highly recommend. Lots of ground to cover and some of the terrain can be steep so plan accordingly.

I found the ebook hard to use. I finally just abandoned it. Palace and gardens are impressive. I would like to go with a guide.

Pitti Palace was a wonderful and beautiful experience. Boboli Gardens, No. The Gardens have some major construction projects underway (April 2026 was our visit). In addition the other areas of the Gardens are a mess. I am not sure if the have a gardening team, if they do, maybe hire a new one. The mess of the Gardens did not spoil the visit. Pitti Palace's artwork is breathtaking. The total value of the collection is priceless, but a real number would be in the trillions. Definitely add this tour to your agenda. Great value, easy to use and very satifying.

So glad we went with the full package. Took us about 4 hours do do all the museums in the palace and the gardens. We could have spent another hour!

The Palace was amazing but the gardens were a little run down. Lots of scaffolding and closed access.

The problem today was the workers were ton strike. They could have informed us about it earlier in the morning. And given us a choice. But otherwise the place is gigantic, beautiful and the gardens tremendous. Never saw the apartments 😞

Not enough details in the description and no one helpful, we missed the royal apartments. Never received the actual tickets from coordinator. Had to have tickets printed by ticket office.

Wow! This place was absolutely beautiful! The kids loved all the art and extravagance the palace had to offer! Unfortunately we weren’t able to go to the Bobli Gardens, apparently only our adult tickets had access and the child tickets we got did not. I’m not sure what the mix up was but oh-well.
