Good option if you want a guaranteed entry time. The meeting point was easy to find, and the staff was helpful. Inside the gallery, we had plenty of time to see David and the other artworks.
First of all, we did not know that we were supposed to meet the EU tours at a certain place. When we finally figured that out and went to the place, we found two other couples waiting but no tour operator. After a half hour, we finally left. I would like a refund.

Our staff were present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time, assisting other travelers from the same group. As mentioned in the booking terms, it is essential to arrive at the meeting point on time, as the Cathedral has strict entry rules and group entry slots that cannot be changed. Unfortunately, since you arrived after the meeting time and left before the host could assist you, we are unable to offer a refund. We understand this may be disappointing, but the service was delivered as advertised and in line with the agreed conditions.
The hosted entry saved us time and gave us peace of mind. We met the host right near the entrance, and he gave us our tickets and useful tips. The sculpture gallery was beautiful , David was bigger and more perfect than I ever imagined.
So happy we booked this timed hosted entry! The host was friendly and helped us enter right away. The gallery isn’t huge, but it’s full of art that makes you stop and think. Of course, David was the highlight ,a true masterpiece.
If you hate waiting, get this ticket. We went in at our time slot without a problem. The host made sure we were all set. Inside, the gallery wasn’t crowded, which made it even better. I took so many pics of David from every angle!

Perfect choice for our short time in Florence. No waiting in line and no confusion. The host walked us through the check-in and we were inside in minutes. The artwork was breathtaking!
The host met us near the entrance and explained everything clearly. We got in fast and enjoyed the peaceful gallery. I loved seeing the unfinished sculptures too, not just the famous David.
The tour was disappointing. We were put in a long line with a guide. I asked about the “skip the line” part of the tour which is why we bought the tickets. The guide said we could try another door if we want but it would have a line too. We should have just stood in the same line and got in for free .
