Our tour guide, Gayla, was fantastic. Obviously the place is amazing and the statue of David is breathtaking- but Gayla made it even better. She gave heartfelt testimony to all of the exhibits with knowledge, understanding and humour .... seriously she made a fantastic experience even better. I've visited this place before but she interpreted things in a way that I hadn't thought about before. She was the best!
The statue of David is there. Nothing more really to say about it - it’s what you go there to see and it’s amazing.
Alfonso was an amazing tour guide. So knowledgeable and walked our group through the museum with ease. Explained everything and we felt like we were getting a personalized experience. Highly recommend him.

Very disappointed. Despite having skip the line tickets we had to queue and wait for 1 hour to enter. Non skip the line queue was quicker and half the price! Do not recommend :(

All visitors remain subject to the museum’s security and entrance procedures, and during periods of heavy congestion, delays can unfortunately occur even for reserved groups. At certain moments, the general admission line may appear to move faster due to the museum managing different entrance queues separately. We booked the 2.45 skip the line entry and we still had to wait 45 minutes in a long queue ! It appeared that the regular queue moved way faster and it was only 20 euros! Very disappointed that we paid double and had to wait so long for our entry.

Your booking was for a reserved timed entrance; however, all visitors are still subject to the museum’s entrance and security procedures. During periods of exceptionally high visitor traffic, the museum may experience significant delays, including for reserved groups. Unfortunately, these queues are managed entirely by the museum and are outside our control. The regular and reserved entrances are managed separately, so at certain moments one queue may temporarily move faster than another. The €20 general admission option also does not provide the same reserved entry conditions as your booking. Self guided is helpful but can be challenging following the sequence of the audio guide should provide more information on using your own phone and headsets- if you even had either one with you. Was not clear to know you would be downloading their App and using your own headset.
This was an amazing tour. Our guide, Alfonso, was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information that made the experience memorable. We highly recommend you book your tour with this operator.
Traveler tours refused to give us the tickets we purchased. Appears as though they oversold tickets or did not have enough. We were refused tickets. Viator has still not refunded us. Would buy through the website or another provider.
