Disappointed, when booking does not state you have to use your own device & download an app, they don’t even tell you to bring earphones with you that you can use we had to walk around with the commentary on loud speaker not very public friendly

The audio guide did not work until we left the Museum. We did not receive a Museum map and when requested we were refused any type of refund. We will never use Trip Advisor again.

Easy to get tickets….but make sure to follow the link to download the tickets. I didn’t do that and it was difficulty to get a WiFi signal in the museum!

The visit was very beautiful and very rich. You should plan a minimum of 3 hours to do everything. Audio guide is essential. Small downside: We had a reservation at 9:30, but the operator changed the time at the last minute, and we started at 8:45.

Audio we paid extra for did not line up with art work in the rooms. Museum was excellent!

The Uffizi is always great. However, we booked for 10:00, were on site at that time, but the tickets were only issued at 11:15. I would have liked to receive a notice from the tour operator beforehand.

Our audio guide and map did not download. We did the museum tour without both which we had paid for. Rewuest refund

We purchased our tickets the week before we were due to visit and our allocated time was 10.15 am. However when we arrived to meet the tour rep at 10.00 we were informed that we would not be able to enter the gallery until 11.30. This was disappointing because we had made an effort to get there on time, and if we had known it was going to change to an hour and a half later we could have spent some time doing something else. We still had to join a queue at 11.15 for our allotted slot at 11.30 I thought the idea of purchasing skip the line tickets was to avoid queuing so we felt a bit let down. Aside from this the Uffizi was all it promised to be, wonderful works of art and good views of the Arno from the second floor. We spent 2 hours in the gallery but could easily have spent longer had we not booked another tour later in the day. Definitely worth visiting but disappointed with the ticket entry organisation.

The instructions for meeting the rep were very confusing. They told us to meet outside of door 3. There is no door 3! The rep turned up late and our tickets hadn't arrived. We then had to wait for her to deal with several people who were in the same position as us. It didn't leave us with any confidence in future bookings. We eventually had our tickets resent and then joined a massive queue, when we were given the impression that this was a 'skip the line' ticket.

Was a bit of a muck around. Didn’t get code to download audio had to ask for it. No communication on where our sweet treats and oil tasting was. Again had to ask and found out was long way away from the event at central markets. Would t book thru them again
