We had the most fantastic and fun afternoon at Corte dei Pazzi with Chef Clive who is extremely engaging and knowledgeable. Drinks were flowing and we all had a lot of fun making 2 different pastas and a beautiful tiramisu. We the got to share a dinner together with the group, to eat what we had created, which was so lovely. Thank you to Clive and the team for a wonderful afternoon. Highly recommend as a fun experience!
This was so fun! Filip was a great guide and really helped ensure our food came out great! We made Tiramisú, Ravioli with spinach and ricotta filling, and tagliatelle with pomodoro sauce. The atmosphere was super fun and all of us were chatting with each other while laughing and cooking. Overall this is a great experience in florence if you have the time!
Amazing time! Made learning how to make pasta and tiramisu a fun experience. This is a must do while in Florence.
Absolutely wonderful experience! I would recommend this as a “must do” if you visit Florence! My husband and I along with our friends enjoyed it so much! Catarina and her staff were very helpful, informative and made this experience so much fun! Can’t wait to get home and make the pasta recipes and my favorite tiramisu!👍🏻😃
This was a great experience! The staff were amazing and it was a lot of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the food that we ate. Highly recommend this experience.!!
MUST DO IN FIRENZE! I cannot say more truer words. The experience is as rewarding as it is fun from start to finish and the gracious hosts are such lovely and humble people. We had the most amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every facet of this class. I wish I could explain in great detail how superb this is - but you’ll just have to trust me and go yourself. GO ON - GO!
The experience was wonderful!! Sid, Katerina and BJ were extremely kind and well-humored. Cooking was super fun and everything we ate was simply amazing!! The atmosphere was wonderful, after all, it was all perfect!!
Absolutely perfect! Antonio, our guide explained how we had been making tiramisu wrong this whole time, showing us the correct, simple and traditional way of making it. We also made 2 different types of pasta - tagliatelle and ravioli. During this time we had a few Proseccos and chatted with our group members. Finally, we ate our creations and they were very, very good. So good in fact, it makes you wonder how much effort is being put in by other restaurants, when your first attempt is actually better than what you've been paying €15 for over the last couple of weeks! It pretty much was endless wine, as advertised, so all in all, a fun time, a great experience and fantastic value for money.
Me and my family arrived and were not sure about the location, Antonio came and got us. The preparation and learning experience was something I had not ever had (he had to personally spend more time with me because I couldn’t get it, and he was very happy to do it). Tasting what we had made was incredible and introduced me to spinach which I had always thought I didn’t like. The experience was a 10/10 on every aspect and there is nothing I would suggest to make it better, it was already perfect.
Had such an amazing time in Beccafico, Antonio was an excellent host! We made 2 different pasta dishes and a dessert during the 3 hours we were here. Got to enjoy our meal afterwards with complimentary wine (both red and white) and we were even treated to a limoncello! Exceeded our expectations and great value for money - would recommend to get in if you can.
