Unfortunetly we were unable to get in to the Basilica Santa Croce, we booked skip the line, but we were unable to access the Tickets, therefore we couldnt get in, very annoying as wwe paid up front for this !! CAN WE GET A REFUND PLEASE
A beautiful church worth making time to see in Florence. Easy to find, easy to access and worth the ticket.
It was amazing to see the tombs of so many known and unknown people! Short and sweet! Also, not the most crowded experience, so well worth it.
Don't waste your money with skip the line - everyone gets in the same line. A very long line but worth the wait. The Dome is worth the wait also.
Alot of things to see.it was good to spend time insude. Learned alot. Recommended to learn history
Come early at least 10 minutes ahead of time. Have your QR code ready! Getting the online tickets was easy enough however we didn't understand we had to download the QR codes required for scanning at the entrance. We simply downloaded our tickets from the email sent by Viator and saved them to our Google wallets. These tickets were not acceptable. It was confusing to say the least.
For two tickets ordered, Viator charged me for sixteen! And the code sent does not serve as a skip-the-line: you have to wait in line to purchase the correct number of tickets without the commission taken by Viator and then wait in line to present the tickets at the entrance. It was simpler to arrive unprepared, to wait in line to buy the right number of tickets without the commission taken by Viator, and to enter! Avoid Viator!
Met with guy outside told us to go inside… no other information was given.. we toured alone no translations in English were offered to us. We were grateful for our own Google/meta descriptions translations we had available to us. I must have misunderstood not a guided but self guided tour no assistance. Church was beautiful but would have been more interesting with a guide.
Santa Croce is beautiful and to be able to not stand in line and have the ticket sent to me on line is great. The one thing they send the message to pick up from the contact several times but just before they send the tickets on line by What's App, its a good thing I checked last minute to pick up the tickets on line. It seems that they should have known that the tickets could be sent, it takes away the worry of finding the person to pick up from!
Mind blowing history and church. It has alot to see inside. Worth buying if you actually want to have look to history. The tour provider was efficient, got the tickets in advance.
