Such a fun and relaxing experience. The host was so fun and welcoming and clear in each step. Would definitely do again. Would have been nice with some quite background music.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The fettuccine pasta class was easily one of the highlights of our time in Rome. April was brilliant — friendly, funny, patient and genuinely passionate about what she was teaching us. She made the whole class relaxed and entertaining while still making sure everyone actually learned how to make proper fresh pasta. Her personality really made the experience, and she kept everyone involved and laughing from start to finish. The class was hands-on, easy to follow and a lot of fun, and getting to eat the pasta we made at the end made it even better. It didn’t feel rushed or overly touristy — just a really enjoyable Italian experience. If you’re considering doing a pasta class in Rome, I’d definitely recommend this one, and if you get April as your guide, you’re in for a great time!
