Our day was completely ruined because the tour travel agency never showed up to pick us up. Despite multiple calls and messages, we received no response—they completely ignored us. We waited for two hours, but no one ever arrived. Had we known this agency was so unreliable, we could have planned other activities for the day.
As soon as I booked I pointed out that 1 in 2 people has an allergy to tomato , 3 out of 12 foods were white - which is unfair since I paid the same as the others !! In addition, the chef wanted me to eat fish even though he admitted that he had put just a little tomato - do I go to a party or end up in the hospital? They do not understand the severity of allergies - which is very serious! HUGE - no one spoke Italian at the edge (Russian and Arabic), even English was poor among the boys ... just go with the translator always at hand!!! Very good and beautiful magician and whale - maybe the only thing x you could do this experience again Basically you will feel immersed in a Russian party and not international as you should! At the end of the evening they insist very much on leaving a voice review , evidently everything was very very well otherwise they do not accept They also deleted my previous review as they do not accept negative ones
Fantastic experience. The crew were lovely and created an amazing atmosphere. There was a variety of live entertainment which were all very good. Parts of the night were interactive which was enjoyable. The view from the marina was stunning and only got better when you travelled out. I was lucky enough to see dolphins. The food was very nice also. Very enjoyable and entertaining night. Would recommend.

The belly dancer was excellent! Not so good - the ‘magician’ that used a live bird for his ‘trick’ then when finished stuffed the bird into a suitcase with the tiniest space for any air. There was a disco and I was traveling solo so more than happy to watch from the sideline, however a male member of staff kept trying to get me to dance. I politely declined but he kept on and on, so much I had to shout at him to stop! The final straw was at the end of the evening. A member of staff comes around with a phone and wants to record you saying how wonderful the evening was. Not sure why he needed my hotel name and room number and needlessly to say I didn’t give it to him. He got aggressive very quickly and started shouting at me as I would not leave a review. I couldn’t get of the boat quick enough!

Very nice experience. Been down for my birthday with friends. Enjoy the activities and dancing inside the boat.
