Safe and very dependable. It was fun to see the mariachi sing every one enjoyed his music. He played music every one knew.
DON’T BUT FROM THEM. They didn’t sent the qrcode requested at the ultramar ferry. Went I called the numbers and WhatsApp them, no one answered. I had to buy another ticket at the ferry because their voucher is not valid there and they offer no support at all!! I want my money back

We used this ferry on 2 occasions and very happy with experience on both occasions. Highly recommend.
No one at the docks had heard of Amigo. I had to purchase another ticket because they never sent me a ticket! SCAM!!!

I had to buy another ticket as mine wouldn’t open at the dock . When I went into my Visitor tickets nothing showed up

I purchased 4 round trip tickets to Isla mujeres but one person in our group got sick so we could not go. I was told they would process a refund but later received an email declining to give the refund. My trip was purchased less than 24 hours in advance. I would not recommend this company, just in case something happens. Horrible customer service!

On time, plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor), music and snacks on board. The ride was beautiful and quick from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. Inexpensive and ferry leaves every half hour. FYI: Ubers cannot pick up inside the ferry terminal. You will get picked up outside of the terminal on the main street.

Do not purchase the ultrimar ferry tickets from viator! The tickets were not valid and we had repurchase tickets thru ultrimar at the ferry site!

We booked our tickets for £62 for two adults and one child (3y) from Getyourguide.com. The tour provider was Ultraman. We did the catamaran tour in our previous visit, which is way more expensive and longer, though better for those wanting an open bar and snorkeling. Few things to note: 1. You don’t need to carry your passport, digital copies are fine. 2. Although they state a time on the ticket, it is valid for any departure or return time during the day. These can be checked on the tour provider’s website. 3. If you leave from Playa Caracol, the ferry will make a stop at Playa Tortugas en route, so might as well start from there as they are quite close by. 4. You need to pay environmental fee at the dock during check in, and get a paper ticket in exchange of your voucher. The ferry was very fast, with air conditioned seating on the bottom deck and open air at the top. The only thing that bothered us was the need to stand in a jam packed queue for about an hour before boarding on the way back.
