Very informative there were moments of silence that could be filled with music or other activities. Aside from that, very enjoyable and relaxing. We also found the history of St. Augustine informative and also identified a few hidden gems that we’ll be adding to our to-do list during our next visit.
It was a relaxing boat ride through Matanzas River /Inlet. Learned lots of interesting history.
Viator is an excellent travel service; they make scheduling easy, and the process for canceling (when necessary) is simple as well.
It was a positive experience. Captain John was a great narrator. His commentary was very clear and able to be heard and understood. The seats we had were based on the suggestion of a crew member and were excellent. The boat was easily accessible as well.
Very nice boat ride with terrific narration. I only rated a 4 versus a 5 because although the boat was extremely clean, it could use some updating.
The tour was great! The captain did a wonderful job of explaining the history of the city, we even saw a pod of dolphins. He was patient and interactive with my kiddos. He allowed them to steer the boat. We had a blast.
Perfect sunny day. 2 floor boat. Sitting in front on bottom floor was breathtaking. Saw a few dolphins on our ride and outer aspect of the fort, lighthouse and boats. Had small bar for drinks and snacks available. Only thing I wish they had, some music would have been nice. But it’s ok. Can’t complain it was a perfect day.
It was interesting and informative. Unfortunately it was going to rain and it was lightning so we came in a few minutes early and fortunately because shortly after there was a torrential rain
I had the best time ever. definitely will go again in the near future. they're shouldn't be a character minimum
Large boat. Flexible comfortable seating.. Good narration by the Captain. Good snacks available. Very good price.
