Arata was awesome with his knowledge and techniques he taught us.
Arata our instructor was fantastic and spoke very good English. There was great instructions and we were guided throughout the sharpening process.

Had such a fun time not only making the knives but also learning about the history of knifes in Japan. Would recommend, the staff were super nice and helpful. Such a precious souvenir to bring back home, what a wholesome experience.
