We had an exceptional experience as a family of four, including two kids ages 9 years and 7 years, with Bhutan Best Inbound. Since our first enquiry to making sure we made our connecting flight en route home, the service was professional, always courteous, and thoughtful. Our guide Namgay and our driver Thukten were true treasures. Namgay knew when the kids were tired, could entertain them with fun facts, and was always able to adjust the schedule if we needed. Thukten got us safely everywhere—and with Bhutan’s mountainous roads—he was a professional driver and always kept the car clean. We enjoyed the tour and treasure the time spent in Bhutan. Highly recommend using this tour company!
Thanks to Namgay and Jamyang. Me and my family have an enjoyable trip to Bhutan. Namgay is very professional and knowledgeable about the culture and history of Bhutan. He is always taking care of us. Jamyang is an excellent driver, safe and very polite. We are lucky to have both of them assigned to us. Many thanks to Thinley too for arranging the trip and being flexible to our requests. We visited many places for this magical Bhutan tour. Wangsisina nunnery to light the 108 butter lamps, craft bazaar, Buddha dordenma statue, memorial Chorten, Bhutan postal museum, paper factory, dochula pass, Punakha suspension bridge and of course the highlight of the trip being the hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery where you will test your determination, learn to appreciate others who help you - when you are at the top, enjoy the feeling of accomplishment and the stunning views. Thank you Bhutan inbound tour for this unforgettable experience. 🙏
We had an incredible 7-day trip in Bhutan, thanks to our amazing guide, Namgay, and our wonderful driver, Jamyang. They brought us to stunning destinations, shared stories of the various points like temples and dzongs that helped us appreciate Bhutan’s rich culture and tradition. We felt very comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout the entire journey. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience truly special. We were constantly in awe of the beautiful sights, and we loved getting to experience authentic Bhutanese food and traditions in such a meaningful way. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bhutan!
We had a marvelous tour experience with Bhutan Best Inbound Tours. It was very well planned, thoughtfully curated and immersive experience, giving us a a really closeup view of the Bhutanese culture, cuisine and local life. It started with a smooth tour selection and booking experience with Thinley. The hotels chosen at each place, the homestay experience at Punakha, the various activities like 5 different hikes, rafting, river-side picnic lunch, hot stone bath and local attractions were all very well woven into the week-long itinerary. Our tour experience was elevated to the next level by our guide Kinley, who became a part of our family during this week. His meticulous planning, attention to details and flexibility in adapting to all our choices ensured we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay- he was with us at every step, adjusting the itinerary to give us enough time to enjoy yet ensuring we covered all places, giving us good variety of local cuisine, bringing to life the paintings and sculptures across the forts and monasteries with his narration and giving us a vivid experience of Bhutanese culture and local life. Similarly, our driver Tandin made our long travels across Bhutan very comfortable. He is a very safe driver and also played nice songs for us. The highlights of our trip were the homestay at Aumom farmhouse in Punakha, the trek to Tiger's Nest as well stay at Himalayan keys hotel in Paro.
We had the most incredible and unforgettable experience with our family in Bhutan. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care and kindness of our wonderful guide, Tin, and the best driver in Bhutan, Jigme. Together, they made the perfect team—guiding us with warmth, knowledge, and genuine passion. They opened the doors to Bhutan’s rich traditions, vibrant culture, deep spiritual beliefs, and the heartfelt warmth of its people. This journey touched our hearts in ways we’ll never forget. Bhutan and its beautiful people will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Returned from a wonderful 10 days Bhutan trip with the 'Bhutan Best Inbound Tours' yesterday. Magicial 10 days. Want to really say thank you to a lot of wonderful people. I got the name of this company from tripadvisor only and took a chance and directly emailed them. A nice person name "Madhu Sharma" respnded and we worked together to build an custmomized itinerary for 2 elederly persons (me and my wife) both having back pain issues. So Tiger Nest is out, Haa valley is in and things like that. Throughout this process Madhu has been advising and hand holding us and encouraging us that we would be able to do it. She helped us selecting the right resorts to stay based on our interests. Thank you so much Madhu, we wouldn't have been able to make it without you. The plan was to land in Paro, stay for a night, and fly to Bumthang and the 2 days in each Bumthang (Amankora Bumnthang), Gangtey (Gnagtey Lodge), Punakha (AndBeyond Riverfront), Thimphu (Pemako) and final (and the starting night too) in Le Meridien Riverfront Paro. Now agfter completing the journey I can say that Madhu had done an wonderful planning. It is very fullfilling and yet not tiring. We had Mr Karma Tobgay (guide) and Mr Choda Jamtsho (driver) waiting for us in the Paro airport on Day 1 and we spent an wonderful day visiting the museum and other places in Paro with them. Next day, they dropped us the in airport for the flight to Bumthang. Now the best and the scariest drama unfolds. The weather wasn't favorable (raining) so Karma and Choda didn't leave. They waited in the airport for the flight to take off which didin't (got cancelled, pretty common thing in the mountains). So immediately Madhu jumped into action, co-ordinated with Mr Ugyen Wangchuk (guide) and Mr Kinely Dawa (driver), who will be referred to as "Aazha (elder borther)" for the rest of the story. They were waiting for us in the Bumthang airport. It is a 10 - 11 hr drive from Paro to Bumthang and it is already 12 pm by the time the flight got officially cancelled. So both the cars started from Paro and Bumthang and we did a switch in Lebasa after Punakaha. Madhu continously monitored and co-ordinated all this. Our itinerary wasn't disturbed for more than 1 day. Next 10 days we spent with Ugyen and Aazha (Bumthang, Gangtey, Punakha, Thimphu, Haa valley and Paro). Wonderful people to say the least. I have problem of "motion sickness" so Aazha always drove the car slowly. No matter that they are getting late to go back and take rest. For them our comfort is above everything else. I have personally never experienced this level of similing service and warmth in any other parts of the world. These people are just wonderful to say the least. Apart from the nature and the culture, I would viist Bhutan again just for the people. They are all just wonderful. Ugyen continously encouraged us and nearly, held our hands to take us up to the Khansum Yolley Monstery in Punakha. If I had known before, atleast I would have gone up the Tiger Nest Trek with him (I will do it the next time). I am writng this in details as I got their contact from Tripadvisor and I think I should give back to the forum. If anyone wants to visit Bhutan, you can alwasy get in touch with these people directly and they are absolutely trust worthy. They will take care of you as they did to us.
Our tour guide Tax and driver Damchoe are both wonderful. They are knowledgeable, responsive and certainly fun to be with! We had a great time in Bhutan! Not only did we learned about the country, the Buddhism culture but also we enjoyed the magnificent architecture and nature that Bhutan has to offer! Bhutan is a must visit place that one has to go at least once in the lifetime. And Bhutan Best Inbound Tour is the agent one should not miss!
The trip truly exceeded our expectations — from the get-go, communication and planning of the trip with Mr Thinley was seamless, he even kindly took time out of his schedule to check in on us, and we all had a nice chat together. Our driver, Mr Kinzang navigated the tricky roads of Bhutan like the true pro he is. Despite his years of experience (or because of!), he never took the familiarity of the routes for granted, staying alert and focused throughout all the long drives to ensure an absolute peace of mind on all our parts. We cannot thank him enough. And of course, our guide Mr Namgay, who went above and beyond to ensure that our trip in Bhutan was as comfortable and impactful as possible. He was patient and expertly guided us in our treks, and even thoughtfully packed and carried our umbrellas and walking sticks without our asking. With reverence and earnestness, he shared his knowledge on Buddhism, weaving together the country’s beliefs, history, and culture, which led to a more profound understanding of the country. Despite our family of 3 having very different interests and travel styles, Namgay managed to make it all work which was no mean feat! By day 4 of the trip, my mum cheerily described Namgay to be "someone who feels just like [her] son." I'll always remember your stories shared Namgay, and sincerely wish you all the best in life! The thing that stuck with me during and after the trip was how the people in Bhutan were incredibly sincere. Everyone we met and interacted with were proof of that. Would highly recommend Bhutan Best Inbound Tour!
Wonderful experience with this agency. Very responsive and knowledgeable and professional. They were flexible to our requirements and specific needs of our family. Our guide was Tandin and our driver was Jigme. They were both really nice and friendly and well spoken. Tandin was amazing with my son on the hike up to Tigers Nest. We spent a whole week together and everything went smoothly. Bhutan is a beautiful place and the people are lovely. Highly recommend!
