EzeyTours Quad Bike Adventure @ Atlantis Dunes + sessão de fotos

We had the opportunity to experience a wonderful tour in Seoul, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide was nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of Seoul with us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure everyone felt included, and never made us feel rushed. His friendly personality and attention to detail made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. If you’re looking for a tour that is informative, engaging, and led by someone who truly cares about creating a great experience, I highly recommend this tour. Thank you for making our visit to Seoul so special!

The tour was absolutely beautiful, we had Terrance as our guide and he was amazing we have the most beautiful pictures of our time there. There’s also this food truck there that makes the most amazing food .

It was fun and the bikes were easy to operate and the stuff were very friendly and helpful and friendly

The ride is very short and it is more on taking photos. while the bikes are parked, no real adventure

I am not happy with the service we received. I had booked for 10:00 on Saturday, 28 February 2026. However, on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 16:22, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that our slot had been moved to 13:00 on Saturday. When we arrived, we were also asked to pay an additional R1000 which we were never informed about beforehand. This was very disappointing as proper communication should have been provided in advance.

The session was not 30 minutes as indicated, we got done in 18 minutes, including the photo session. The operator was too pre-occupied with other things and couldn't give us attention. He was very unfriendly and laughing endlessly with his colleagues/ friends.

I am so disappointed with the EzeyTours Quad Bike Adventure (Atlantis Dunes). I booked 2 tickets for my wife during our visit to Cape Town in December 2025. We had an emergency, and we therefore couldn't make it to the area, and we had to cancel. We did not get our refund, and there is no sign that I'll be getting my money back. I called the number on their website, and someone called Collen answered the phone. He made my encounter even worse; he was so rude. As I was trying to query this with him, he rudely interrupted me on the phone, and told me that I can't just call him and say that I bought a ticket online, and I can't just call and complain...I asked him "why are you fighting with me?" he said to me - bra, you will call me when you are ready to talk to me, and he hung up the phone in my ear! Bear in mind that I paid R1,200 for both tickets, and only to get a spit in my face from Collen like that. :( This is the worst customer service from Ezey Tours Quad Bike Adventure, in fact, day light robbery and disrespect!!!

They’re not serious. Even if you’re one minute late you have to pay a rebooking fee of 500 Rand. How??? Terrible service.
