I had a fantastic few hours on the market tour with Akash. We visited many different market and shopping areas as well as the cow sanctuary, and Akash was very informative throughout. I decided on the tour at the last minute and Dinesh Jain at Mumbai Dream tours was prompt in replying to my enquiries and arranging the tour. I would happily use this tour company again should I return to Mumbai.

I combined few Markets & Dhobi Ghat tour in South mumbai with tour guide Rakesh & it's perfect tour for you start of the morning. I booked this tour last minute as other plans failed and these 2 tours works very well combined. Allow yourself 3-4 hour in total.

Market tour Mumbai. Great tour, best way to experience the different markets in Mumbai, the narrow alleys wirhin the markets, and the temples surrounding them. We had also a very nice sugar cane juice at the start of the tour. No pushy to buy in any shop , the tour guide Sanika would just ask the price to the vendors and it was fine to take pictures and not buy anything if not wanted to. I did the 10am tour. Would recommend the 4pm so that it is not so hot, since we almost melted ;-). Also on a Sunday at 10am they were still getting the street shops ready and there is much more life later on. All in all great tour !! Thanks again Sanika!!

We did the Mumbai Market tour with the guide Siddhi Gunjal. The tour was really great and Siddhi was just amazing as a guide, very knowledgeable, gave us a great insight of Mumbai Markets with a very unique and friendly story telling style. I would highly recommend the tour since you get to see places and Markets that you wouldn’t be able to find on your own. I would definitely do more tours with Siddhi next time I visit Mumbai.

My in-laws, wife and I arranged a Mutual Market Tour with Mumbai Dreams. Be sure to have a local number or a phone that works as they will Whatsapp you the name and face of the guide meeting you. We met outside the McDonald's close to Victoria Terminus. Our guide was pleasant. The tour itself was exceptionally short, 1.5 hours total instead of the three hours advertised. We think it was because it was Sunday and the pedestrian traffic was light, although this should be noted by the company. We walked through maybe 4-5 markets, most of which were closed or closing. Not much information was given on each, especially when those like the Crawford Market have such deep and rich histories. Ended the tour at a cow sanctuary in the pitch dark - guide wasn't even sure it would be open. And the spent 40 minutes looking for an auto home. All that said, much of this wasn't necessarily the company's fault, but they should be absolutely clear when booking that Sunday evening is not a good time to do this tour. It felt like we received only a half experience for full price.
