Explore artefatos bíblicos no Museu Britânico

Absolutely loved this tour. David was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. Would highly recommend.
David did a great job. We enjoyed his continual pointing to the actual verses in the Bible that mention the archeology right in front of us. It brought the Bible to living color.
Knowledgeable witty and completely fascinating/ it was a three hour tour but was so interesting it felt like 30 minutes- I could have listened to David all day! Thank you!
Everyone with an interest in biblical history or archaeology should take this tour. David is simply outstanding. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of his subject, a really engaging style and a quirky sense of humour. He immediately puts you at ease and is sensitive to the pace at which you want to take the tour and your need for breaks if necessary. He has an interactive style, so you get totally immersed in the subject. You come away from the tour with a much deeper understanding of the historical context of the bible. Take the tour!
A guided tour filled with fascinating insights and unforgettable experiences. The British Museum holds an incredible collection of historical artifacts, and David has a unique ability to connect these discoveries to the Bible and its historical context in a way that truly brings Scripture to life. Many people know that the Bible contains cultural and historical details that were obvious to its original audience, but are often overlooked today. David explains these details with great depth and clarity. Because of this tour, I will read Paul’s letters from the Roman period with a completely new perspective, having gained a richer understanding of the archaeological and historical background connected to the time of Jesus and Paul. The same applies to the Assyrian period related to the prophets and the books of Kings, as well as Mesopotamia and Egypt in connection with the Pentateuch. David is truly a man after God’s own heart. Even though I booked a guided tour with him two years ago, I felt compelled to join another one—and I would gladly do it again in the future. His passion, knowledge, and ability to communicate history and biblical truth take these tours to another level and help ordinary people understand the Bible in a much deeper way. Highly recommended by a Norwegian 🇳🇴
We have been Christians all our adult life and loved this tour. It was informative and engaging as David got us to read scriptures that matched each artefact supporting the Biblical accounts. We got a deeper understanding of characters and various nations from discovering their cultural practices and beliefs. Not only do we recommend David’s tour but we would do it again. Amazing bible tour of the British Museum. David brings bible history to life.
David did a fantastic job explaining the objects that relate directly to the Bible. He kept the tour interesting and even provided a portable folding chair to use. Highly recommended.
Our Bible tour of the British Museum with David was outstanding! He is incredibly knowledgeable and brought such depth and clarity to the experience, but what truly set him apart was how engaging and approachable he was throughout the tour. David was patient with questions, encouraging thoughtful discussion, and made everyone feel comfortable participating. The artifacts he selected and explained made the Bible come alive in a powerful and tangible way. Seeing these historical pieces in context added a whole new level of understanding and appreciation that I hadn’t experienced before. David was so thorough and insightful that I left wanting to take the tour all over again. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the Bible in a meaningful and memorable way.
David did an excellent job of bringing the Bible to life by showing the group artifacts in a chronological order of the Bible. It was informative and interesting. He also brought stools to use during the tour. Highly
