Waste of time really. Penguin area is tiny, you just feel sad for them. We also had terrible trouble exchanging our voucher for a ticket with this agent, so make sure you check in advance it is a ticket they send you not just a voucher.

The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is an incredible marine world inside The Dubai Mall. The main aquarium is enormous, home to thousands of fish, rays, and sharks. The underwater tunnel provides a 270-degree view that leaves you amazed. The upper level, Underwater Zoo, features exotic species like jellyfish, otters, and crocodiles. It’s both educational and entertaining, with informative displays and interactive zones. The penguin encounter is a highlight, especially for kids. Everything is clean, well maintained, and beautifully presented. It’s one of Dubai’s best indoor attractions and a perfect break from shopping. Highly recommended for families and tourists alike.

Compared to other aquariums I’ve visited, the Dubai Aquarium didn’t impress me at all. It felt much smaller than I expected. The so-called VIP experience isn’t really VIP—it just includes access to Penguin Cove on top of the basic ticket. Honestly, I was expecting a much larger and more immersive aquarium.

Stupid price for the service to buy on site it is already cheaper no advantage to go through an intermediary It's already very expensive as well. It remains a nice gigantic basin

This was overpriced for the experience. The underwater zoo was okay, the penguin encounter was limited, the King Croc was good but his enclosure was small. The tunnel was okay but not remarkable. As you can see the tank from the mall for free, I wouldn't recommend this visit for the price paid. The Lost Chambers in Atlantis was better.

Incredible Experience at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo! I had an amazing time visiting Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo! The sheer size of the aquarium and the variety of marine life on display were absolutely breathtaking. Walking through the tunnel and seeing sharks, rays, and vibrant fish swimming all around was a surreal experience. The exhibits were well-maintained, and the information provided about different species was both interesting and educational. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. I especially loved the opportunity to see the giant crocodile up close—definitely a highlight of the visit! . Overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit, whether you’re a marine life enthusiast or just looking for a fun and unique attraction in Dubai. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travelers alike!

Excellent experience, the kids loved, at the time we went there was no queue, it was interesting to see every detail.

The place has two sections - the snow park which is literally for children. We couldn't stay for 5 minutes after paying so much money. The slope is apparently for people who know how to ski - we saw under 10s falling over and over - but just because we had been truthful to say we do not have experience, we were not allowed. We were not advised that the locker is not part of the ticket price.
