Guernica is a must-see

We were at the designated location from Tripadvisor/Viator 20 minutes before the tour was supposed to start at 10:00 on 8/10 at (the main entrance. At 10:10 someone rings and says that we are not present and that the tour has started. Suspect that Viator/the guide has a meeting point at the new entrance to Reina Sofia. It was a big disappointment because we even checked the meeting place based on Tripadvisor's listing the day before.

This was my second tour with Sara, and honestly, she remains one of the most talented guides I've ever had. Her style is deeply personalized — the points where she chooses to stop and the specific artworks she uses to illustrate an idea are always well chosen, making everything she explains genuinely stick.
Beyond her storytelling talent, Sara has a real gift for breaking down complicated ideas into simple, accessible ones, helping the group grasp not just the artwork itself but the thinking behind it. Reina Sofia is almost entirely devoted to Picasso, and Cubism isn't always the easiest movement to connect with — but from the moment I saw Sara, I knew the visit would be worthwhile, and it absolutely was.

A great sadness for not having been able to live the Picasso experience.
I could not do the experience because the guy I thought was the guide told me he was not from Viator, that he worked on his own. Regrettable!!!
