Visite a típica exploração leiteira açoriana, onde a ordenha é feita à mão, ao ar livre no pasto. Contato direto com os animais, incluindo a possibilidade de os visitantes ordenharem manualmente a vaca e degustarem o leite. Também é possível acariciar as vacas, tirar fotos com elas e passear nas pastagens. Interação com o agricultor que explica os detalhes de sua atividade. Inclui prova de queijos açorianos de vinhos portugueses.

Aqui você pode visitar a exploração leiteira, onde a ordenha é feita da maneira tradicional (ordenha manual ao ar livre no pasto). Esta exploração produz leite orgânico. O contacto direto com os animais, incluindo a possibilidade dos visitantes ordenharem manualmente a vaca e provarem o leite que acaba de sair do úbere acompanhados de biscoitos caseiros. Também é possível acariciar os animais, tirar fotos com eles e passear pelas pastagens. Nessa parada, a interação com o agricultor é garantida. Ele explica os detalhes de sua atividade e está sempre disponível para responder a todas as perguntas. Este passeio tem 17 Km de extensão pelas estradas dos agricultores. Para além da visita à quinta temos mais 5 paragens rápidas (miradouros paisagísticos), uma visita ao centro de recolha de leite (onde os lavradores vendem o leite) e uma paragem final para prova de queijos e vinhos (casa particular açoriana).
Prova de queijo e vinho (novamente na sede da empresa) – Para finalizar é oferecido aos visitantes, em espaço privado (sala e jardim), uma prova de queijo e vinho dos Açores.

Vítor the tour guide was very organized with great communication on where to meet. Loved the shoe covers he provided for walking on the farm and the experience to milk a cow and drink the fresh milk was incredible. We also saw some beautiful scenery on the drive, had local cheese and wine and homemade cake while relaxing in hos beautiful outdoor garden. Vítor was a wealth of information and we loved our time with him and Farmer Joe! Highly recommend this tour!

We had so much fun learning about the cows and the island on this excursion! Victor did a great job teaching our group. We especially liked the chance to taste local wine and cheese at the end. Highly recommend.

Gonçalo was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about the dairy industry here and of the island in general. Working in the dairy industry in Canada, I found it very interesting to chat with a dairy farmer and see how they do things up close. The cheese and wine at the end was great! My husband really enjoyed this tour as well.
