Este passeio irá ajudá-lo a experimentar o estilo de vida pitoresco da Transilvânia e descobrir uma pequena parte da história e tradições da Romênia.

O primeiro destino da sua lista é o Castelo de Bran, um local com uma história de mais de 6 séculos, mais conhecido como Castelo de Drácula. Ao longo dos tempos, as lendas do castelo se tornaram mais fortes que sua história, e centenas de milhares de turistas visitam o Castelo de Bran a cada ano em busca de Drácula.
Você visitará uma pitoresca vila localizada a uma altura de mais de 1.000 metros. Esta terra é um verdadeiro pedaço do céu, sendo cercada por algumas das montanhas dos Cárpatos mais importantes, como Bucegi, Leaota, Piatra Craiului e Postavarul.
Em seguida, você seguirá para a Caverna dos Morcegos, localizada no noroeste da plataforma Bran, a uma altitude de aproximadamente 950 metros. A caverna foi criada pela erosão da montanha pelo riacho Valea cu Cale, e seu nome é dado pelas enormes colônias de morcegos que vivem dentro dela, incluindo algumas espécies únicas de morcegos. Você fará uma visita à Fundatica, uma área localizada na maior altitude da Romênia. Nesse local, o ar fresco das montanhas mantém os habitantes saudáveis e a vida útil média de mais de 80 anos serve como testemunho dessa alegação.
Após um delicioso almoço tradicional, você começará uma jornada de trekking em direção a um curral tradicional, onde verá como as ovelhas são ordenhadas e como o queijo local é produzido, seguindo métodos e tradições passadas de geração em geração. Por fim, você assistirá ao pôr do sol em Brasov, onde visitará o centro histórico da cidade, um local que preservou o traçado de suas ruas e as fortificações medievais que cercam a cidade.

We had an amazing bespoke tour of Transylvania with our fabulous guide Traian. We visited Bran Castle, Brasov, Sibiu, Cluj, Sighisoara and the salt mines at Turda. We stayed in hotels in Brasov and Cluj. The one in Brasov was absolutely beautiful. Traian took us to great places for lunch (two of which we had outside in the sunshine - in February), and made some superb recommendations for restaurants in the evening - even managing to get the four of us into one of the best restaurants in Brasov on Valentines night (which we had completely forgotten about). The trip was absolutely fantastic. One we will never forget. And for four days tour (including admittance fees), three nights accommodation, very comfortable transport, and a local and knowledgeable guide with perfect English, we felt the cost was really excellent value for money.

It was a really good experience. Alex listened carefully to what we wanted to do, offered thoughts and suggestions, and provided lots of insights. I was traveling with my 16-year-old son and Alex handled all of that very well. There was a really good balance of physical activity and cultural/historical insights. We went on a great bike ride in the foothills around Viscri, a challenging and fantastic experience. Both my son and I found Alex to be a great help and companion. I also found Rolandia to be responsive and helpful. When two different airlines cancelled our flights from Budapest to Transylvania, we were frustrated (first Wizz Air cancelled, then our back up plan, Austrian Airlines, also canceled). Rolandia sent someone (the great Laur) to pick us up in Budapest at a cost that was 30% lower than drivers available to us for hire. It was a great and unforgettable trip. I would recommend that anyone visiting Romania hire these guys as guides and advisors.
Having read so many online tour scams, we were a bit cautious when booking with Rolandia but Ioana have been extremely helpful, patient and accomodating to our queries during the planning phase and also last minute changes. Ioana is flexible, detailed and followed up periodically and we really appreciate the tips, guidance, proposals as well as the customer service - a total pleasure to work with. Our guide Adrian was very informative, accommodating and patient as well. The level of professionalism was surprising as some tour agents and tour guides are not that knowledgeable and what we really appreciated is that we managed to skip the long queues, travel at our own pace and at our own flexibility.
