Overall- great experience. We got to watch them make a glass and try glass blowing ourselves. My kids love it.
You can't go to Venice without taking a tour of Murano and seeing the master glassmakers at work. We ploughed the island a little to see where there was such a possibility compatible with our schedules and I must say that luck brought us in front of a real Venetian artist. Seeing him at work was really interesting; the delicacy and mastery with which he created the objects left us all speechless. Very interesting and professional even the explanation made during the master was at work. At the end we bought beautiful glasses, expensive but of great quality!
Awesome experience, very attractive price for a demonstration of 30-40min and several techniques. Nice presentation and really good moment, we truely recommend it !!!
Highly recommended. Fascinating to watch, and only one other family when we went, so it felt very special. Very easy to find, only 2 mins walk from the vaporetto. Amazing value for money.
Great authentic experience and workshop demonstration. Pieces are beautiful and affordable. They ship worldwide as well.
It was a good experience, they are two gentlemen, one works the glass, the other helps him and explains the process in several languages, Italian, Spanish, English, French. Simple things, just a demonstration for tourists, if you want a more personal, more professional visit because it is a subject that interests you, know the most elaborate, more artistic process, where they make sculptures, more complicated pieces, you should look for another studio, another laboratory. Repeat is good experience for tourists, they are gentle. They've got their shop selling beautiful things.
Beautiful environment of people who do this work for true passion. Nicoló gave us the true love for this world and it is not something you see every day! All beautiful
Unfortunately our train was beyond late and we were not able to make it on time😔we weren't able to reschedule
Hi Gabriela, we are very sorry you missed the workshop; in the future if you are coming in Venice again you and your family will have the entrance free. Take care The Guarnieri Staff
We have seen a demonstration of glass shaping. It was fascinating ❤️. Our 10 and 6 year olds loved it and we also enjoyed it very much. We were quite few in number, which made it possible that we stayed almost 1 hour on site. We were therefore able to witness several faconnages. The fact of being few also allowed us to ask all our questions, we learned a lot thanks to the explanations of the glassmaker. Congratulations to him for his incredible craftsmanship. Really a must qd we are visiting Murano 😍 5€ per adult, children free. we went to see their store following the demonstration, we appreciated the fact that at no time, we were in a hurry to make a purchase. The staff gave us explanations about some achievements but without any forcing to get us to buy, it is appreciable
We found ourselves by chance to see the demonstration of glass processing, warned by a gentleman just arrived in Murano. The glassworks is a few meters from the arrival of the vaporetto, the demonstration lasted about 15/20 minutes, for a cost of € 3.00 (they charged only my son) A master glassmaker, supported by his helper , created live objects, while the owner gave explanations about it. My 10-year-old son liked it a lot and I found it cute too. At the end of the demonstration we were invited to take a ride to the glass shop, but nothing more ..... politely and without insistence.
