Tunnel tour was great, excellent guide. The unexpected stop at the Lacquerware place wasn't ideal
Thank you very much for your kind words about the tour and our guide. Regarding the stop at the lacquerware workshop, this visit is included to help guests better understand one of Vietnam’s traditional crafts. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything; it is simply an opportunity to learn, enjoy a coffee, and take a short rest before continuing to the Cu Chi Tunnels. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback.
Our guide in the communication with the arranging company was fantastic. Three of us went and it was a private guided tour with pickup and drop off at our hotel. Very informative, in the experience of going into the buildings and the tunnels was memorable. Our guide was great, Mr Tien. I would highly recommend it.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear your private tour was highly recommended and a memorable experience. We are especially proud of your guide, Mr. Tien, and are thrilled he was informative and great throughout the tour. We're also glad the convenient hotel pickup and drop-off met your expectations. Your kind feedback means a lot to the entire team at PAPA Holiday Vietnam!
Super dedicated and friendly tour guide. He could tell us a lot about the history of Vietnam on the way out. We were a small group of 4 people, which was also great. Also the stay on site was very impressive and at the same time also depressing. Unfortunately it was not possible to shoot with the AK47 on site, as was described
Thank you very much for taking the time to review your tour. We are delighted to hear that you found the on-site experience very impressive and that you perceived our tour guide as super committed and personable. It is great to know that the small group size (4 people) also contributed to a positive experience and that you enjoyed the detailed information about Vietnam's history on the way there.
It was not a good experience Vehicle was terrible stinky wIth cigar smell. Luckily we had masks. The guide was energetic but we couldn’t understand his English. So we didn’t follow him at all. Once we were at the camp, we just went with the flow. Overall didnot enjoy the tour with the guide and the vehicle
Thank you for providing your feedback, though we are very sorry to hear that your tour with PAPA Holiday Vietnam resulted in a disappointing 2-star rating. Please accept our deepest apologies for the issues you faced. We are taking immediate action regarding the serious points you raised: Vehicle Condition: We are investigating the reported strong cigar smell immediately. This is unacceptable and violates our cleanliness standards. Guide Communication: We regret that you couldn't understand your guide's English. We will address this directly with the guide and enhance our language proficiency training to ensure all guests can follow the tour. We failed to deliver the experience you deserved, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of enjoyment.
