Experiência de Spa Marroquino em Agadir

We booked a complete package including pickup from our hotel, and everything worked out well in the end. On TripAdvisor, this activity has 5.0 stars, which is why we booked it. However, due to the not very hygienic situation for me, I cannot understand this review. Initially, it was a bit difficult for us to communicate, as most staff hardly speak English. This was particularly difficult in the hamam, as even simple things like turning around and sitting down were not clear. Unfortunately, the smell in the hamam was not very fresh, but the staff did their job properly. We particularly enjoyed the massage we had together as a couple. Our masseuse was very friendly and in a good mood. At the end of the massage, however, we were surprised that our used towels were placed back on the lounge chair. Overall, the rental bathrobes and towels did not seem fresh to us. Due to the not entirely convincing hygiene situation, I can unfortunately only give three points.

The experience was nice. One of the ladies spoke English and explained what was going on. Some of the ladies did not speak English and we were not sure what was going on, but the one who spoke English graciously explained. The connection via the driver and van were very frustrating. The directions were misleading and without internet- communications were terrible. We did not know where we were supposed to meet (at port at gate was very misleading, because we were at one of the 4 gates near the port was NOT Helpful. The spa ladies were generous about the time.

After initial issues with our first booking our rearranged schedule went as planned. The taxi was prompt and clean and speedily got us to our destination. On arrival we waited in a pleasant waiting area and were offered tea while we waited. Changing areas were clean, valuables kept in lockers and we were ready for the hamman experience. Be aware you are required to wear paper pants for the experience (both male and female). In the hamman we were washed and scrubbed and given time to absorb the warmth. New bathrobes were provided and we were then taken to the massage room. There followed a fantastic massage given by very good masseuses. Treatments were tailored to personal choice and were extremely relaxing. The whole experience lasted around 2 hours from pickup and was superb value for money. It is better to tip the hamman ladies and masseuses separately as they do different jobs with different levels of skill and time required. Be advised, the venue is not as plush as an European spa but the service is equally as good at least than half the price. Highly recommended.

Real Hammam experience, well looked after all of us, including my 7 year old son, Mama :) managed to scrub him really well. The place is traditional and do not expect the bath robes etc, I would recommend to everyone and be aware you should not feel uncomfortable naked.

Pickup delayed by 30 minutes, by organiser’s request. Driver very kind and polite. The young man at the desk is very cheerful, chatty and welcoming, please take an opportunity to chat him up: loves football but especially Morocco. Hammam a good experience, but rather 30 minutes than 1h. Massage very good deep massage. And yes, you’ll get to wear disposable undies! Don’t worry it’ll be fine.

Hammam sand scrub and massage. We enjoyed the new experience of the hammam which was invigorating. The full body massage that followed was relaxing and one of the best we’ve ever had. Not for the shy or anyone with balance issues. The hammam was slippery hard tiles and you have to roll over while you are all soapy. Entrance is down a dark narrow spiral staircase. Facilities are average, but the services are exceptional.

Haman and massage for husband and wife together was great experience and definitely recommended Afterwards tea and transport to hotel , all for a combined price of € 90

It was the first time in this spa and I did only massage that I liked very much. Very hygienic. I recommend visiting this spa. Next time I'll come back. Thank you massager for putting my body in condition. Chokran.
