Our instructor was very professional and friendly. We felt comfortable the entire time. The instructor knew exactly what we were supposed to do.

The experience was great. Everything was on point staff was very professional. This is a very expensive excursion and they also pushed to sell you more flights or more money. Only 2 one minute flights for $92 a little pricey, but it was amazing..

This was a lot of fun, my husband and I really enjoyed it. The staff were all great, explained everything, it's something we'd do again

My husband and I went for the beginner two flights per person for his birthday. We went during the week and we were the only two people scheduled for the time and got a personalized lesson from our instructor, Alex. All of the employees were positive and enthusiatic, and made the experience warm and exciting. Although the flights are about a minute each, they seem longer at the time. My husband opted to upgrade to the higher flight for his second turn and really enjoyed it. We appreciated that they offered the GOVX discount for first responders, and the cost of the flights at this location were about $25 less per person than the Gaithersburg, MD location. We would be interested in going back. Again, the instructors/staff were really wonderful and encouraging.

It was something I been wanting to do for awhile now and it finally happened in Baltimore!☺️. It was different and kind of scary at first, my helmet was too big and started coming up so we had to stop to get a smaller one😌. We did it on our 32nd Anniversary and we got to fly high but the video is extremely short (20sec.) and it dont show that part though🤔, all in all, it was fun! ✅️off bucket list😊

We treated my daughter to a 5 flight experience last week. It was excellent in every way. Alex, her instructor was awesome and gave her a great experience.

Staff was great! They are people people. Equipment/suits smelled clean and freshly laundered. Easy check in process. Felt properly taught prior to the experience. Just a blast!

This was so disappointing. Started off with a very rude staff member checking us in. The flights were fun for my grandson, however the last "high flight" I paid extra for they did NOT even take him up high! I should have demanded my money back but I did not want to bring a negative experience to my Grandson's time there (he has flown before and can maintain the correct body position for high flights so not sure why he was not given what I paid for) We were here last year and the experience was so much better, this visit they spent SO much time pushing (hard) for us to pay even more then I already did for extra's and to buy flights for another visit, my goodness I had already spent $170 for 3 & 1/2 minutes of air time, absolute rip off!! I doubt I will be going again after this experience. They need to back off on the pushing of sales, both myself and another mother there were extremely uncomfortable and getting fed up with it.

This was a great Birthday present fory 12 year old son! He absolutely loved it! I highly recommend doing the added on " high flying feature" which is only $21.99 additional add on fee to your package. It's well worth it and my son said it was his favorite part! Such a cool experience! Parents get to watch through a glass tunnel right where their kid indoor skydives! Great instructors too! Loved it all!!!
