We met our driver Urszula on the corner of Belleville and Menzies streets, and then she introduced us to her fabulous horse Remi. Once we boarded the beautiful white carriage, we set off to experience the amazing sights in the nearby streets. Incredible old and colourful heritage houses and shops as well as the tidy and well laid out streets. Urszula's incredible and confident control of Remi was awe inspiring and it was as if horse & driver were one. Another exciting and educational aspect of our 30 minute tour was Urszula's encyclopaedic knowledge of the area, the places and many wonderful historical facts which she shared in such a personal way as she had grown up in this exact area of Victoria.
Lovely carriage ride through town. Wish we saw a different area, but with only 30 minutes our option was limited.
We walked up and we were able to just able to go for our ride even though it was very busy. Our guide Chantel was very friendly and knowledgeable and our horse Fusion just beautiful and did an amazing job. We would recommend to do this during daylight hours as there is so much to see.
just an amazing experience , my kids really loved it , any wait to share with my friends so they get to try it, only thing hated seeing people around protesting on horse cruelty making it uncomfortable
Our horse-drawn carriage ride in Victoria, BC was one of the highlights of our trip. The horses were beautiful, well cared for, and incredibly gentle, and our driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Riding through the historic streets and scenic waterfront at a relaxed pace gave us a unique way to experience the charm and beauty of Victoria. We especially loved learning about the city’s history while enjoying the peaceful sound of the horses’ hooves along the route. The carriage was comfortable, and the entire experience felt both relaxing and memorable. It was a wonderful way to see Victoria from a different perspective, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. A truly charming and unforgettable experience!
Our guide was so very friendly and extremely accommodating, seeings how we had gone to the wrong place, we were late and they put us on the next ride. So very grateful, what a fabulous tour
Had a wonderful time. Your driver was very informative and Harley, the horse, did his job well. What a very relaxing way to see the city.
It was very pleasant and then driver was very entertaining. He was also very gentle with “Red” our carriage horse.
Nice ride down the streets nearby with commentary on the buildings we passed, covering some of the history of the place. Overall a very good experience
