Nosso objetivo é visitar 3 ou 4 destinos diferentes durante o passeio para lhe dar um sabor do que nossa bela ilha tem a oferecer. Nós fornecemos tudo o que você precisa para desfrutar do passeio conosco, incluindo lanches mexicanos frescos e bebidas geladas. Basta aparecer e vamos cuidar do resto! Por favor, chegue pelo menos 30 minutos antes da sua hora de navegação. Todas as horas mostradas são para o fuso horário local de Cozumel, que pode ser diferente do fuso horário do seu navio de cruzeiro. Verifique antes da reserva. Se você se atrasar, assumiremos que você não participou, e nos reservamos o direito de continuar o passeio na hora prevista na sua ausência. Infelizmente, se você se atrasar ou perder seu tempo de reserva atribuído, é muito improvável que possamos reatribuir você ou seu partido a outro slot.

Não é adequado para bebês ou animais de estimação Podemos fazer a coleta em certos hotéis piers (veja a lista). Você só tem que pagar os impostos do cais diretamente para o seu hotel. A nossa partida é às 9h30 ou às 14h00 do centro da cidade. Coleções de qualquer hotel serão após esses horários - em qualquer lugar entre 15 e 45 minutos, dependendo da distância do hotel. Nota: As localizações que temos disponíveis nos portões do hotel são para uso dos hóspedes dos hotéis acima mencionados apenas. Nosso principal ponto de encontro é no centro de Cozumel, para o lado sul do terminal de ferry sob a bandeira gigante (cerca de 2 minutos a pé). Um de nossos funcionários estará lá, claramente marcado com nossa roupa de marca e sinalização, para recebê-lo. Para clientes que chegam de cruzeiro dos terminais S.S.A e Puerta Maya, selecione o hotel 'Cid la Ceiba' como seu ponto de partida, que fica a poucos minutos a pé do terminal Puerta Maya e da porta do terminal SSA. Você pagará apenas um imposto de US $ 4 por passageiro para o uso deste porto e podemos com prazer levá-lo de barco. Nossa equipe irá encontrá-lo na entrada do hotel La Ceiba para acompanhá-lo ao catamarã, e ajudá-lo com o pagamento do hotel.

We had a wonderful time on this trip. It surpassed our expectations. The guides were knowledgeable, funny and, most importantly, kept us safe. We seen sharks, stingrays, turtles, lobsters and so many types of fish.
It was a fantastic, one in a lifetime experience. Leo, our guide, led us to turtles, rays, starfish, and beautiful reefs with colorful fish. He was especially helpful to me and others who needed extra coaching on snorkeling. I highly recommend this trip to others.

This was an amazing experience for my family. First- it’s important to note that it was so great to have a group under 20 people as it makes the experience so much more personal and special. I have a 7 and 9 year old and they totally made them feel safe and comfortable. They even asked my 9 year old what she wanted to see and actually tailored one of the snorkel sites so that she could see the marine life she was especially wanting to see on our tour. My 7 year old was quite a handful but they were so patient and understanding as she was a bit nervous to start out. Leo, our snorkel guide was so great with us- my wife lost her phone (in a case) at one dive site and Adrian (the photographer) found it- then Leo was so funny in asking her what she was looking for before jokingly pulling it from around his neck!! We brought snorkel gear with us but had a broken buckle on our kid’s fin. if you want to bring gear you can but don’t worry if you don’t- they had all the gear for the kiddos. As we were pulling away from a site, my daughter lost her hat (Lord help me) but they dove in to swim back to rescue it. She was crying as she lost it, (it’s her favorite), so Leo saved us in grabbing it for us. Honestly- it was so so so incredible and I would , absolutely recommend it to all. If you visit Cozumel via Disney Cruise- it’s sooooo easy to book with Cozumel Snorkel Tours directly and then just walk to the flagpole less than (1km) off the ship on the day of. The food is yummy (which my daughter spilled but of course Leo just laughed), the only drinks are great, and Pork Chop knows the route to make the boat ride super smooth, and Leo has your back with all the jokes and greqt knowledge of the local marine life. Hopefully your family won’t be as much of a hot mess as we were- but in either case, you will love this snorkel tour. Whether you are very tired parents like us, or are a regular chill fun everyday person or family- BOOK THIS TOUR. Pork Chop, Leo, and Adrian have got your back. They will give you everything you need to have a perfect day in Cozumel, even if your family isn’t exactly perfect all the time.

truly one of the best excursions i have ever been on. nothing has matched the photos and description as much as this one did. the crew was _AMAZING, Leo, Mr. Pork chop, & Adrian. We wanted to rebook a second excursion for our stay in Cozumel!!!As promised, we saw starfish, turtles, stingrays, & eels. So amazing!!

Overall good experience. One thing is that we hoped the photographer to take a few photos for us but he only took photos for some families and ignored us despite I have swam in front of him a few times. Also the meeting time is a bit too long, we waited for over 1hr to get started. Otherwise great value for the trip.

I loved the experience! The guides were super pleasant. They know perfectly well where to take you so you can see turtles, starfish, and have a great time! Always very kind and attentive to everything. The catamaran is very clean and spacious! I highly recommend the tour!
