Communication with Elian and his family was outstanding prior to arrival at Puerto Plata, making our journey smooth from the getgo. After meeting with Elian,y wife and I (yes, just the 2 of us!) were whisked away in a comfortable vehicle with cold AC and on our way. Elian was great with recommendations on what to see and we quickly left the port area, on our way to the Christ the Redeener statue at the top of the mountain you can see from the cruise port. Throughout our journey, Elian was enthusiastically conversational and very passionate for his home. He narrated interesting areas, explained cultural norms, and provided an insight that would be impossible on a larger tour. After arrival At the mountaintop, Elian was an expert in seeing the best views, hidden gems that other tours can't access, and helping us capture the memories we were looking for. The time spent with him Was truly a joy and we cannot recommend him enough. At the end of our tour, he provided us with a keepsake gift commemorating our time together--again a special touch you only get on a private tour with people who care deeply about sharing their passion for their home. We will happily book with Elian again in the future.

Elian was absolutely phenomenal! Communication pre-meet was great and made it really easy to find him. He took us all throughout the island, culminating at the Christ the Redeemer statue with engaging conversation, interesting historical stories, and a true passion for his home country. Air co digit ed vehicle with just my wife and I and a blank canvas for how to spend the day. If/when we go back to puerto plata, we will absolutely book with Elian and his family again

We had 5 hours to do and see what we wanted. Our driver Joseph organized the day, planned the activities, and made sure we had the best photos. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Jose was wonderful during our excursion. He took us to different spots to see the city and recommended the perfect restaurant. He really cared about our safety in traffic. He took extra care with my Mom who walks with a walker.

Jose and his son were so enjoyable for our group of 11. They listened to us on where we want to see and also provided other options to do and see. We had the best lunch at a restaurant inside a gated community also with the beach access. The 5 hours went by pretty fast! I highly recommend their service . We would love to visit DR again. Thanks again for the great memory.

My wife and I had a great experience touring Puerto Plata with Joseph Alvarez . He showed us the beautiful country side and the city driving us to city center, umbrella street, pink street and the beaches. It is always warm so the A/C and cold water bottles was a nice added touch. I loved that it was just us and we did not need to wait for others, so we could stay as long or as little as we wanted. We even had him take us to McDonalds to try the Yucca fries and Tres Leche McFlurry 😂 (we like to try the different items offered in other countries). He made the experience personal more than a standard tour. Highly recommend this tour of its tour first time and want to be with your Day 1’s.

Jesus Castillo was our driver for the day. We could not have asked for a better driver. He was informative and had great suggestions, but made sure to tailor the day to our needs and expectations. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing tour! Elian was our guide today and treated us like family. I loved that we got to see exactly what we wanted to without being rushed on to the next place. Elian took us to a local restaurant that was excellent. He also comes with you at the stops which I wasn’t expecting but it was SO nice to have him along to give history and translate, our group of 6 felt very safe and taken care of throughout the tour. The van was top notch, roomy, cool, and clean. I highly recommend this company and the tour. Thank you Elian and E&J!
