Neha and JQ did an amazing job showing us all over Mumbai! We had a tour the night before and we did not want to repeat anything, so they customized our tour to show us all new things! They taught us so much about the culture and answered all of our questions. We spent a lot of the time seeing all the sites, and we had a cool air conditioned car to take us around so we would not get too hot. They were friendly and fun to be around. I highly recommend this tour. If gave us a great understanding of this wonderful city! We did not want to shop, so they did not take us to any shops which we really appreciated!
I had a great trip with guide Neha and drive JQ . Neha was very knowledgeable about the history of Mumbai and took time to answer all my questions . Definitely recommend this tour !

We traveled as a family of 8 including two young kids and four senior citizens. Our tour was perfect - the drivers got to our location promptly and we picked up the guides along the way. Everything went smoothly and the coordination and planning between the guides shruti and shalmali and the drivers ismail and dildar was evident. Great tour. Unfortunately I forgot tour guide and driver’s name but they were great. Everything was interesting and we were able to see everything we wanted. Heat was awful but we managed. Would recommend this as a great way to see Mumbai.Robin from Texas

Amazing tour! Learnt so much about Mumbai and the life in the slums. Our tour guides were also brilliant Shalmili for the city and Varsha for the slums. So knowledge and passionate about this city explains so much to us and battled the heat of the summer!

Very informative, never rushed us, very proud of their homeland. I know the word "slum" doesn't sit well with many people but the walking tour with Dhiraj (who lives there) really did a great job showing us how productive the people who live/work in the slums are. It was actually incredible to hear. Our Mumbai guide Sahil was excellent. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was so personable! Great job Sahil!

The city tour guide Shalmali was excellent in showing us the places and explained them in detail. She was very knowledgeable. The driver Shamehix was a very good driver. We were able to stay awake during the tour even though the tour started at 7 am and the temperatures was 92 degree F with high humidity. We had to keep the afternoon Dharavi slum walking tour shorter to 1.5 hours instead of the standard 2 hours tour due to the heat.

We had a very nice experience with this tour. Shivam was our guide and he was polite and informative. However, he was not as personable as other guides we have had on tours in India. Our driver Sultan was great and our guide for the Dharavi Slums tour, Anu, was fantastic. All the stops made on the tour were interesting and we highly recommend, especially the slum tour. The only reason we gave this tour 4 stars instead of 5 is because we feel we were somewhat short-changed. The expected tour time was supposed to be 8-9 hours. We finished the tour in 6 hours and we were not rushed. It appears that some of the stops listed in the tour itinerary were overlooked. We did not visit the Sassoon Dock, nor stop at the Afghan Church, University of Mumbai Library, High Court Principal Bench Bombay, Jain Temple - Mumbai, or the Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC. Did not realize this until after the tour was over. The company should not advertise all these stops if they are not planning to visit. Overall, a nice tour but may not be worth the cost for the shortened itinerary.
