O passeio começa com a visita da capital maltesa, Valletta, após a saída para os Jardins Barraca para vistas únicas do Grand Harbour. Hora de tirar uma foto em frente ao Auberge de Castille, antiga sede dos Cavaleiros Templários, vinda de Castela e agora lar do Primeiro Ministro Maltês. Prossiga para a Catedral de São João, onde as obras de Caravaggio podem ser encontradas.
Depois de visitar Valletta, você visitará a área das Três Cidades, chamada de fortificações imponentes que protegeram as cidades de Senglea, Vittoriosa e Cospicua ao longo dos séculos, localizadas no lado oposto do Grande Porto, em frente a Valletta. Visita panorâmica com uma parada nos Jardins Gardjola, em Senglea, onde você pode admirar uma vista deslumbrante do grande porto, antes de continuar a Birgu-Vittoriosa para um pequeno passeio a pé nesta pequena cidade característica que ainda preserva o autêntico espírito de Malta.
O passeio continua até o porto de pesca característico de Marsaxlokk, onde após uma curta caminhada ao longo do mar para admirar os barcos característicos chamados luzzu, você terá um almoço típico de peixe em um restaurante no porto. No caso de restrições alimentares, notifique o nosso guia.
Ao longo do caminho, pare no ponto panorâmico para admirar a famosa Gruta Azul de Malta. Tempo livre para tirar algumas fotos e continuar até os templos megalíticos nas proximidades
Parada e visita opcional aos templos megalíticos de Hagar Qim e Mnejidra, as construções megalíticas mais sugestivas em Malta e datadas antes das pirâmides no Egito. Caso deseje visitar o passeio, o guia organizará acompanhá-lo e mostrar-lhe este site verdadeiramente único. Caso você não queira visitar os templos, continuaremos nos penhascos de Dingli para uma foto panorâmica.
Em seguida, visitaremos a cidade medieval de Mdina. Mdina é construída em um platô no centro da ilha, os antigos edifícios barrocos da cidade, a catedral e os magníficos muros dos bastiões dominam o horizonte rural. Mdina, uma vez que a capital de Malta até a cidade moderna de Valletta foi construída em 1566, teve muitos nomes, incluindo Melite, Medina (ocupação árabe), Citta Notabile e Citta Vecchia (depois que Valletta foi construída). My wife and I had a recent Italian and Malta holiday and Soleto Travel through Omar arranged the Malta accommodation and private car transport and day trip arrangements. A week in mid Sept of convenience with airport and hotel pick up, day tours with guides to see all the beautiful Malta highlights, a country with such a rich history. Safe driver and informative guides along with excellent accommodation at Hotel Juliani, Spinola Bay. Omar also arranged for a pick up at Pisa airport, visit and lunch in Lucca and car transfer to Florence. Highly recommend Soleto Travel & Omar for excellent and prompt communication and tour arrangement services.

I just wanted to thank my amazing tour guide (Charmaine) and driver (Johnathan) for showing me around the beautiful islands of Malta. The two-day tour experience Charmaine and John provided was OUTSTANDING and I cannot speak highly enough of them both. Charmaine was extremely knowledgeable, kind and attentive. She worked hard to tailor the information and service she provided to my interests. Johnathan was professional, reliable and his vehicle was clean and comfortable. Malta is a very special place to visit and by the end of the two days I felt I had some lovely memories to take away and had made some new friends. Our tour guide and driver were INCREDIBLE! She was so knowledgeable and due to her being a local, she was able to take us to places that were less traveled. This allowed us to stand or sit and take in the sights for as long as we wanted to. She was very thoughtful and took ample pictures of us. Our driver had wet wipes in the car. TIP: carry tissue for the toilets and hand sanitizer as often there is no toilet paper or soap in bathrooms. We had two additional stops that weren’t on the itinerary but they were serene and places the tour guide and driver frequent in their personal time. We got to overlook the Blue Lagoom vs. being in the crowds and pulled over to the side of the road for a panoramic view of Mdina! WORTH EVERY PENNY! Please tip your tour guide and driver.
We arranged two full-day private sightseeing tours with Soleto, one in advance of arriving in Malta and the other after we arrived. They were easy to work with via email and WhatsApp. We were impressed with the knowledgeable and personable guides and drivers and the cleanliness and comfort of their vehicles. At the end of each day we felt like we'd had a rich Malta experience and had made new friends.
Our tour of Valletta and pre-history sites was amazing. Our guide, Julia, has exceptional knowledge of the history of Malta. Alex our driver did a great job navigating. We enjoyed a delicious lunch too!
We couldn't have asked for more on this incredible adventure through Maltese history which Dennis brought to life so vividly. He was a responsive tour guide, answering our off the cuff questions with friendly ease. And our driver was terrific. This company went out of their way to accommodate our requests, and were very good at communication.
Guide Dennis and driver Jonathan were excellent! Dennis was so knowledgeable, interesting and fun. It was raining (rare on Malta), so we had to improvise and make the best of it. Dennis was cheerful and kept us dry by creatively changing up the tour. He had the right balance of being with us and giving us privacy. Lunch was excellent at a “local flavor” place filled with locals. We learned a lot and had a great day! Highly recommend!
My husband it a history buff and loved the background and stories that Dennis (our guide) provided as he led us through this magnificent city! I did not know much about Malta before this tour and I absolutely fell in love with the architecture and history of this area. If you want a thorough comprehensive tour Dennis is your man!
