Além da fronteira de Budapeste, há paisagens maravilhosas, natureza pacífica e, por último, mas não menos importante, vinhos deliciosos. A Hungria tem 22 áreas vinícolas diferentes em 6 grandes regiões vinícolas. Neste passeio, visitamos a região vinícola da Alta Hungria, mais especificamente Eger, esta linda cidade com uma rica história desde a idade média e com os melhores vinhos húngaros, incluindo o mundialmente famoso Bull's Blood. O preço do passeio NÃO inclui almoço e degustação de vinhos, essas despesas devem ser pagas no local, portanto, os viajantes não precisam pagar taxa de comissão adicional. O preço/pessoa durante o passeio é cca. 60€.

Itinerário
No começo, passeamos pelo centro da cidade. Visitamos o Castelo Eger, onde podemos ter uma experiência de viajar no tempo até a Idade Média, durante o tempo da ocupação otomana da Hungria. Também visitamos um minarete e nos familiarizamos com o relacionamento turco-húngaro em geral.
Depois, vemos a Basílica de Eger, a terceira maior igreja da Hungria.
No meio do programa, precisamos encher a barriga para nos preparar para a degustação de vinhos. Os dois podem acontecer ao mesmo tempo; nossa primeira parada é na adega Bolyki, onde podemos saborear a nova superestrela de Eger (literalmente) o vinho Eger Star com um bom almoço.
Na segunda parte, passeamos por Szépasszonyvölgy ou Fair Lady Valley em inglês, onde podemos encontrar a maioria dos porões de Eger um após o outro, e visitamos mais um porão para provar o famoso Sangue de Touro e muito mais.

Our Guide Gary and Driver Andrew were simply the best. They took us to everything we wanted to see prior to wine tasting. This trip was not about how many wineries we could visit, but about going to the best winery and having a private lunch there and enjoying all of their great wines.

We had a fantastic day exploring Eger with Petra. The winery we visited was beautiful and Chubby gave a wonderful and fun tour. We enjoyed the lunch so much and we think those cheese balls for dessert have been our favorite on our whole trip. Of course we loved the wine! Petra was a great tour guide but moreover, she became like part of our group and it was fun to be with her.

What a fantastic day with Petra. She is an extremely knowledgeable and personable guide. From start to finish we felt like being accompanied by a friend rather than a guide. Our day started with a visit to Eger Castle then on to the church and main square. We were treated to a private wine tasting and lunch at Bolyki winery just outside Eger with instruction provided by the owner himself. This place was a real gem. We concluded with a visit to the Valley of the Beautiful Women. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a personal and unique experience.
