Iremos levá-lo a um city tour de 5 horas em Atenas, começando no seu terminal de cruzeiros. Esperaremos por você na saída do seu terminal segurando uma placa com seu nome e o levaremos ao centro da cidade. Subiremos a colina da Acrópole para ver o famoso Partenon, templo da Deusa Atenas, situado acima da cidade. O Erechthion, parcialmente dedicado a Poseidon e, claro, o portal monumental da fortaleza da Acrópole. Claro que não perderá o templo do rei dos deuses, Zeus, e o histórico Estádio Olímpico de 1896. A próxima parada será a troca da guarda no antigo Palácio e depois o levaremos pela cidade para tirar fotos dos belos edifícios neoclássicos e depois subiremos até a colina mais alta de Atenas, onde você poderá desfrutar de uma vista inesquecível. Por último segue o orgulho da cidade, o Novo Museu da Acrópole, onde você verá de perto as esculturas do Partenon, as mais belas peças de arte datadas da Idade de Ouro. Suba a colina da Acrópole para ver o famoso Partenon, templo da Deusa Atenas, situado acima da cidade. O Erecthion, parcialmente dedicado a Poseidon, o Deus do Oceano e, claro, o portal monumental da fortaleza da Acrópole.
Claro que não vai faltar o templo do rei dos deuses, Zeus, sendo o maior templo já construído na Grécia. Passaremos pelas imponentes colunas e se desejar podemos até fazer uma parada rápida para ver mais de perto.
Pare para tirar uma foto do histórico estádio onde foram realizadas as primeiras Olimpíadas modernas em 1896!

A próxima parada será a troca da guarda no antigo palácio acima da praça central de Atenas. Testemunhe a unidade Evzones do Exército Grego guardando com disciplina o túmulo do Soldado Desconhecido.
Passe pela Academia de Atenas, parte da primeira Universidade da Grécia, considerada o mais belo edifício neoclássico do país.
Visitaremos o Novo Museu da Acrópole, onde você verá de perto as esculturas do Partenon, as mais belas peças de arte datadas da Idade de Ouro.

We took this tour as part of our cruise on the Sun Princess. Our driver met us at the terminal exactly at the scheduled pick up time. We are not people who like to get started too early in the morning. Because this was a private tour we were able to set the start time to midmorning. Another benefit of a private tour is all the time you save that it takes to load and unload a tour bus. Our driver took us directly to the Acropolis where the guide that had been arranged for the Acropolis tour was waiting. Because there were only 3 of us we were easily able to navigate through the crowd, find out-of-the-way places to listen to the guide and carry on a conversation with the guide throughout the tour. The guide’s knowledge added a great deal of value to the tour. When we finished at the Acropolis our driver was waiting and we continued to the other sites. Our driver customized the sites we went to to meet our interests. While not a guide at the sites, the driver was able to narrate about Athens as we drove and provide information about the sites. He was professional and knowledgeable. We returned to the port as scheduled before all-aboard time. This tour made the most of our one day in Athens while accommodating our wishes.

We had an excellent tour of the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora with Eleni Maina on 5/28/24. Eleni has an expert level command of Greek history, the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora. Eleni supplemented her comments with prepared visual materials that helped explain the subject matter. Eleni speaks fluent English and she responded directly to each of our many questions. The pace of the tour was comfortable and was adjusted a bit to account for one of our party’s disability. We give Eleni our highest recommendation as a tour guide. We will tour with Eleni on our next trip to Greece and we will recommend her to our friends who travel to Greece.
