The Cruise staff is excellent and very helpful and courteous. Overall enjoyable. The 10th deck is always noisy and over lighted. Request if the stern of the ship could have less lights , and one could watch the stars and milkyway. NON halal meat , NON halal food may please be served since most customers do NOT want halal food. . Somehow , passangers may please be encouraged NOT TO waste food and drinks. At least the drinks can be made on SUBSIDISED payment , to reduce wastage.
I told a friend of mine about Viator and he has set 3 tours up in Mumbai India and will be using Viator for the next 3 months. I.e. Vietnam Thailand Japan

For a safe, carefree, and enjoyable view of Mumbai in one day, this is the best value tour to take. You get to see all the best sights in a leisurely way. Hussein was tour guide. He gave us an insightful view of every locations that we visited. Lunch was an authentic Indian meal that we enjoyed together. We highly recommend Passport Lifestyles for Mumbai.

More comfortable than big bus they are selling in the cruise ship and moving faster in the busy road of Mumbai, we beat the bus

A very good tour that took us to parts of Mumbai not visited on a previous tour. I had advised the company previously of my limited mobility and they addressed it very well. I chose to stay on the coach when we visited the Temple, Nehru park etc and really enjoyed the drive around Mumbai. My only criticism is that our lunch venue was not accessible due to being on the first floor with no lift. Our hosts created a table downstairs in a communal area, where our Thali lunch was delicious, albeit a bit lonely.

Very organized and knowledgeable tour guide. Comfortable coach transportation with enough time for a photo op at the sights we visited. The lunch was excellent and delicious. The downside was the choice of store we visited for shopping. The store was more expensive than the average.

We had a excellent tour around all the main sights of Mumbai, collected from right outside the ship. Nice modern vehicle, guide and staff were excellent, we had a nice lunch, vegetarian, no alcohol, I would certainly recommend, we used the company for tours in both Mumbai and Kochin. Would certainly book again with them, they WhatsApp me in advance and everything was very well organised. Also a lot cheaper than Celebrity’s shore excursions.

Excellent tour with our guide Sukanya. Bus waiting and easy to find as we disembarked the ship. Main sites visited - laundry, India Gateway, Dabbawallers (tiffin men) at the railway station, and several other sites passed by on the coach. Sukanya was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Lunch included in the price and a lovely little goodie bag of souvenirs presented to us also. Great day!
