Scam. Vendor will gladly take your money but will be entirely unreasonable in working out any alternatives should plans change last minute. Make sure you do NOT change plans within 24hrs. The vendor is inflexible and will not provide credit towards any alternatives. Here in the Mediterranean on a cruise, booked this tour last minute based on the high reviews. Found out before the tour started that it wasn’t possible for us to make the meetup point. The alternatives from vendor were 1) I pay them more money to buy train tickets to Cinq Terre, no guide just DIY. Or 2) walk away from your $.

Really good way to see Florence from a port of call Livorno. Comfortable ride in a bus for a little bit more than an hour one way. Despite the heat we really enjoyed hour visit to Florence!

The tour was good. Jonn the guide was also great, he explained everything well.

Ariana was our effortlessly cool and stylish tour guide and did a commendable job conducting a tour in two languages (English and Spanish). The bus was comfortable and AC worked pretty well. It was a hot day in Florence and with the free time allotted we felt like we got to see everything we wanted as well as have a nice sit down lunch. We didnt go inside any churches or museums this time and most of the rest of the area is gelato and souvenir shops. Ponte Vecchio was a definite must see! The sing along on the ride back was fun but we also had some quiet time to snooze and unwind on the way back to our ships.

Easy bus ride from our port in Livorno to Florence. We did not do the tasting. Chiara our tour guide provided us with great information about the port as well as the Tuscan region and gave us a great map for our quick stop in Florence.

Excellent experience. We enjoyed our guide- she was friendly and knowledgable (Chiara/Claire). The bus was on time and picked us up where the cruise shuttle drops off in Livorno. After the excursion they dropped us back at the port. We had four full hours in Florence with a relatively central drop-off location (only 8 minutes from the market). She also gave us a great map highlighting a walking path and sites to see within our time there.

We are a family of four with two children, ages 15 and 12. Our guide (Omi) and driver (Fanel) were wonderful. Omi was knowledgable and showed a lot of passion for her job. She was able to make a recommendation for a gluten-free restaurant (celiac) and also a wine window in Florence. The tour gave us free time for shopping, sightseeing, and eating lunch. Omi provided us with a tour map via WhatsApp, she was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions that we had she went above and beyond.

Highly recommend Chiara and Viator for this convenient transfer to Florence!! We did not opt in to the tasting/tour options so cannot comment but had fantastic communication prior to the tour and our tour guide, Chiara, was excellent! She gave us good information about Florence what to see/do including a map with a suggested route to hit the highlights in the time. Very heblpful! She was clear about the meeting point and instructions and was an utterly charming guide. Great value for the price…highly recommend!!

Great experience! We planned ahead before our trip and purchased tickets in advance for Santa Maria del Fiore, including access to the 463-step climb to the top. The views were absolutely worth it. That said, I wouldn't spend time waiting in the long line just to see the cathedral's interior. If you only have about four hours in Florence, there are many other beautiful churches, museums, and historic sites that are a better use of your limited time.
