This company has closed down, but somebody was HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY anyway. I made the booking through Tripadvisor. I thought I could trust TripAdvisor tomorrow are the quality of the companies they advertise. Nobody answers the phone number provided .

This company doesn’t exist. It would be beter if Viator takes them of the platform. Happily ever after there is enough to do in Hanoi.

This company doesn't seem to exist anymore. We bought tickets before leaving home and went looking for the bus the day of our tour - couldn't find it and after making phone calls to the number which were not answered we made further enquiries and were told the company no longer operates. Tour didn't happen

We Booked this trip and waited and one of the stops. THE BUS NEVER CAME! Then we tried to reach to contact person and the tour guide, but nobody answered when we called them and we got no answers at our text messages neither. Very unprofessional and I really really don’t recommend! Avoid booking this!

Hello, we travelled to hanoi on Feb 23-24 and bon bon bus passes.The bus did not operate as noted.We found the bus parked inside imperial citadel.we waited like idiots for 30 mins near the art street like idiots.The hot line number also does'nt work.

Brought my family of 6 including my 85 year old mother-in-law for a holiday in Hanoi and I decided to get the Bon Bon Classic package after reading all their positive reviews and it was the best decision ever! I was incredibly impressed and touched by the level of warmth and care that these ambassadors extended to us especially towards the elderly. I bought the package via Klook and my initial enquiries via messenger were met with super responsive and very informative replies. Due to my mother-in-law's mobility issues, Bon Bon even extended our time on the bus to the next day. Apart from that, the online ambassador even gave me directions as to closest boarding point from our hotel. This, is truly 5 star service!! During our 2 days, we had several ambassadors and they were all very patient, energetic, funny and knowledgeable about the destinations that we were going. Often they went beyond just the destination and would introduce other nearby places of interest and amazing eateries. I was very grateful that they were also able to accommodate our request to drop us to our nearest destination which is not in the listed stops but is enroute (at our last stop). The best part is that they were never late. We never had to wait very long for the next ride. My package came with 3 museum passes - Museum of History, Women's Museum and Museum of Fine Arts (saved me VND90,000 per person). Thoroughly enjoyed all 3 of them. Thank you, Bon Bon City Tours for making our Hanoi family trip so memorable. Keep up the amazing work! 😘 Tip: 1. Study the route and the times so that you can decide ahead when the next bus will arrive (comes every half an hour except 11am-12pm which is their lunch time). 2. If you are ever unsure as to where to meet, touch base with them via messenger before you trip. The online ambassador is super responsive.

the yellow busses really caught my eyes. i heard great things about this tour and now i got a chance to try it and im 100% satisfied.

This was a fun experience. I recommend doing this tour earlier on in your trip as they provide a helpful map with language translations, food recommendations and tickets to 3 of the museums. The ambassadors on the bus are very friendly and helpful. The bus was on time, sometimes a little early so recommend getting to the stop about 5-10 minutes prior. I was able to see many sites (5 or 6) in the one day.

Great way to get around Hanoi with 3 tired kids! Purchased discount discounts of Klook and spent the day adventuring around the city. Loved the hats that give you!

I booked the city tour with not much in mind. But it was surprisingly better than my expectation. I guess the best thing of the city tour is the guide on the bus. They are all young and enthusiastic who love to talk about their country and culture. The guide literally talked with me for an hour when I was finishing a full round of the bus before getting off any stop. Highly recommend people to be on the bus for a full round before getting off as well!
