A Rainbow Mountain (também chamada de Vinicunca ou simplesmente 'montanha das cores') é uma das novas e melhores atrações do Peru. Localizado a mais de 100 quilômetros da cidade de Cusco, em um cume altitudinal localizado a 5.200 metros acima do nível do mar. É uma formação montanhosa tingida em vários tons como resultado da complexa combinação de minerais. As encostas e o cume são tingidos em vários tons, incluindo vermelho, roxo, verde, amarelo, rosa e outras variações. Esta atração turística foi cercada por gelo não há muitos anos. Desde 2016, este lugar recebe centenas de visitantes por dia, tornando-se, junto com Machu Picchu, um dos lugares mais visitados em Cusco-Peru.

A excursão começa quando nosso transporte privado o busca em seu hotel aproximadamente às 4:00 da manhã, para depois viajar por aproximadamente duas horas até a cidade de Cusipata, onde está localizado nosso restaurante, onde tomaremos café da manhã por aproximadamente meia hora e depois continue a viagem de carro por cerca de uma hora.
Após o café da manhã, viajaremos por aproximadamente uma hora e depois iniciaremos a caminhada até a Montanha Arco-Íris por aproximadamente duas horas, durante a caminhada poderemos observar a paisagem impressionante e a variada fauna andina alta, como alpacas e lhamas, já estando em do topo do mirante da Rainbow Mountain teremos tempo para apreciar a vista e tirar fotos espetaculares. Depois caminharemos por mais 30 minutos para chegar ao mirante do vale vermelho, finalmente caminharemos de volta ao nosso transporte que nos levará ao restaurante para desfrutar de um delicioso almoço buffet. O passeio terminará quando chegarmos ao seu hotel à tarde.

An amazing experience! The place is absolutely beautiful, and our guide, Freddy, was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He took great care of the entire group and provided excellent recommendations throughout the tour. Everything was very well organized, and the logistics ran smoothly from start to finish. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.

It was a very good day trip. The Views for both Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley are extremely beautiful. You can just stare at the valleys and mountain all day.Hilton was a good guide , helpful and let everyone experience the day at their own pace. Food was diverse, you should find something you would like enjoy. I definitely recommend booking

Our visit to Rainbow Mountain was incredible! The views were stunning, but what really made the day special was our guide, Fredy. He was kind, attentive, and shared lots of interesting information throughout the hike.
