Really good food and fun experience got to taste a lot of different varieties of tequilas and got to see how it’s make and taste some tequila before it was bottled. All the places we visited were really fun and we had a really good time.

What a great experience! Andrea was our guide and we felt so lucky to have such a sweet, knowledgeable chemist who specializes in tequila production to be leading us! We had breakfast and lunch at great local spots that we NEVER would have found on our own. Tequila tasting at 2 distilleries did not disappoint. We then visited the town of tequila which was so much cuter and full of energy than I expected! Overall, we walked away with a new appreciation for tequila! Absolutely take this tour if you want to learn and appreciate the process, taste and culture of tequila!

The Agave Experience is the only way to go! Giancarlo was an amazing guide and so knowledgeable about the town of Tequila as well as being a Tequila master to share his knowledge upon our visit to a small tequila house - Cava d’Oro. The tour started with a comfortable pickup at our hotel in Guadalajara and then our first stop to meet our guide and have breakfast. We were then off to the tequila house where we started with the harvesting of the agave, the roasting and mashing, the fermenting and distillation process to the aging barrels in the cellar. The tasting in the cellar was very relaxed and informative - we started from one end of the spectrum learning how to taste tequila, tastings after food paring and then sampling the oldest and smoothest - Extra Anejo - a must try and buy! We were then off to lunch, a second tequila house and our final stop at Caninarios le Guero where we had a spectacular experience listening to the music, people watching and off course - more tequila. A spectacular day and the only way to go!

Highly recommend this tour! We went with Gonzalez, who was so informative, attentive and fun! There were 5 of us girls traveling from California. We got picked up at our hotel on time in a comfortable air conditioned van, with drinks already waiting for us. Breakfast was amazing tacos, followed by learning so much about tequila and the business around it while lounging outside at a beautiful distillery. We learned and saw each part of the process and got to try the tequila through each step. Then the tequila tastings started-so many amazing and interesting flavors! We had a fun luncheon in the town, got to go shopping, and ended the day in this huge agave plant farm turned outdoor bar with live music! A perfect mix of education, culture, and party. We would all go again!

The Tequila Máster really know about tequila and it’s very personal attention answering all the your questions. The tour was very interesting, we learned a lot about the tequila and the process, the view was incredible and we took a lot of pictures

10/10 experience. Highly recommend! My wife and I booked a private tour and were fortunate enough to have Andrea as our guide. It was like spending the day with a friend you've known for a long time. We learned so much about the process of making tequila and it has already made an impact on how we select and experience tequila now that we are back home. When we return we will probably re-book this tour, it was that good.

This tour was phenomenal. Completely private with an amazing guide, Pedro. Exclusive access to two small distilleries with an incredible tasting at each. Very special as these aren’t the big commercial operations. Very educational about the tequila making process, history, and how to taste and buy tequila. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Lots of photo opportunities. A really special experience that was worth every penny and a great way to spend a day in the Tequila valley.

Mariana was such a great guide. We learned so much about tequila and the culture. The views were spectacular and great for pictures! It was really fun and relaxing to have the whole day planned for us and not have to worry about finding our way. Great experience overall.
