Lea was friendly, very accommodating to our needs and was knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. This was a great tour for our family, it checked all the boxes. The zoo and the waterway was beautiful, we highly recommend it!

What an excellent Tour. The amount of time is perfect, got to see and do everything we wanted without having to wake up very early and still got back to our hotel with pleanty time to spare for the evening. Highly recommend this tour. Our Tour Guide Robert was excellent, very friendly, kind and informative. Loved the whole experience.

This was an excellent day. Right from the word go, Lea our guide was informative and friendly. Her English was very good and she was genuinely interested in learning about NZ, as she was about educating us about the China. Seeing Pandas on this trip was a must and we were fortunate they were actviely feeding when we saw them. The zoo grounds are very well kept. The history of the ancient water town was amazing and the preservation of the area was something to be admired. Floating along the canal was quiet surreal. Some amazing photo opportunities here. To top the great day off, Lea went out of her way to point us to a foot massage near our hotel.

We had a fabulous day with Michael! He picked us up at our hotel at 10am and we went directly to the zoo. He showed us the highlights (of course, the adorable pandas were first!), then the tigers and many other animals. He thoughtfully got us the tram ticket to reduce walking and crowds. We then went on to Zhujiajiao Water Town, had a delicious local lunch that Michael ordered (including baby shrimps and water bamboo!), then took a fun boat ride, and did lots of shopping on the fascinating streets of the town. We loved the Water Town Tour! Michael was very patient with our wanting to stop and look at things and offered great ideas and suggestions for where to get best souvenirs. We got back to our hotel about 5:30pm. Michael's English is excellent. We highly recommend this tour and Michael. You won't regret it!

Do it! Completely worth it. They picked us up from our hotel in an air conditioned van and had unlimited water bottles for us. Robert was amazing, so easy to talk to and have fun with. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The tour was extremely well organised, the guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day enjoyable and stress-free. Every stop was beautiful and gave us plenty of time to explore and take photos. Transportation was comfortable, everything ran on time, and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. One of the highlights of my trip — highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

I have chosen this tour as it perfectly matched my wishes to visit the Zoo to see giant pandas (a must) and the water town with lunch (vegetarian) and a boat ride. You get a private car with a driver so no delays anywhere and a guide, Linda was our fabulous guide. Everything was well organised and we enjoyed our time immensely. Linda was very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the history and sites. Would recommend. 5 star, Linda.

I’ve only just finished a perfect day seeing pandas munch on their breakfast bamboo, savouring local delicacies expertly cooked and reclining in the back of a gondola drifting down the waterways of Zhujiajiao Water Town. A truly magical and unforgettable experience made even better by Sunny Tour’s expert guide and the most luxurious private chauffeur experience I’ve ever had: Shanghai traffic isn’t so bad when your heated chair is massaging you. I highly recommend the zoo and Zhujiajiao Water Town experience for relaxation, comfort and beautiful memories.

Had a fantastic day visiting the Zoo and Water garden. My guide Cassie was great, informative and fun. The driver was also very good. The lunch was yum.
