We enjoyed an all day trip visiting Ubud. Temples, marketplaces, palace, rice fields, and waterfall. Driver/guide Putu was kind, soft spoken, and courteous,. He adjusted the trip plans because we had already seen a couple of sites previously. He was flexible with timelines. Putu gave us insightful information on the destinations and also during the transit. True hard working professional!

Simply a wonderful tour! We experienced many beautiful Balinese sites on our all-day adventure. Our tour guide Putu, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the day with. We had the pleasure of going on two tours with Putu during our stay in Bali, a full day Ubud tour, and a Uluwatu Temple tour, followed by transfer to the airport. Scheduling the tours through WhatsApp was easy. We were fortunate to be assigned Putu as our guide for both outings. He was kind, helpful, resourceful, and knowledgeable about the places we visited. We learned so much from him, and far more than if we had visited these sites on our own. We would definitely recommend Online Bali Driver and Putu!

After meeting Riko on an organized tour we explained to him what activities we missed to make our stay in Bali perfect and he organized it for us!! Darma is a one of a kind host who introduced us to the best of Bali. He is thoughtful being one or two steps ahead to make our visit to Bali a lifetime of memories. I recommend the private tour as he will accommodate any needs beyond what is scheduled. For example we wanted to shop at a Quality wood carving store for chess pieces and a batik clothing store for quality clothes. No problem. Done. But his knowledge of the culture, history, and fun things to do and see were unmatched. We travel the world and Darma is the best guide we have ever had-and we have had many guides. He is kind, considerate, honest, and speaks English well. We taught him some American slang such as “this is not your first rodeo” saying he is much experienced in being a guide to Bali - he was born and raised here. Highly recommended. PS I forgot my hat in his SUV and he returned it the next day - going out of his way to do so. This is the Bali spirit.

What a lovely day. Booking was easy and peasy, with various time slots. Toni checked in the day before and arrived on time - even a little earlier, which was a blessing as it was a hot day, so I almost want to recommend starting earlier. Toni is full of information and enjoys a good chat, so please ask him questions. The tour is just long enough and covers all the must-see sights. It was all so seamless and easy - parking, entry, etc. I suggest sun cream and an early start to avoid crowds and get good pics! Toni has wicked selfie skills, so don't be shy about asking! Overall, I highly recommend Toni & his company for a tour in Bali.

I wanted both a driver and guide that spoke English. Riko was the best. He was patient and as a Bali local he was very knowledgeable about culture and tradition. Riko took the best pictures! He knew all the great spots and I am very lucky to have these memories.

We had Dharma pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotel in Ubud. He was right on time and made a couple of stops for us that made the ride up a delight! We also had him take us on a couple of local tours in the Ubud area and he took great care of us. My husband has had his back bothering him and Dharma took great care of him. Very kind and mellow- he answered all of our questions! I would have him be our driver anytime and highly recommend him!

Please be careful when you book with them. Read the small print as some entrance tickets are not included even though it was shown "included". Misleading on title. Driver was okay and could have done alot better when we arrived at the various destinations; no comment on what is going on at the sites. No small description. Only just drop us and go off. For the price we paid, better to check out private driver.
First of all Thank you for booking our tour. However we provide 2 type of prices. 1. is all inclusive tour and other one is car charter. It Is Clear Mentioned on the price. The reason to give car charter price because to give more flexibility to visit places out of our itineraries and people will pay their own entrance fees. People can choose the places base on what they like. What you booked is private car charter for 6 ppl and we are not able to give entrance fees included since you paid for car charter NOT INCLUSIVE TOUR. This is the problem that our team facing from the beginning of the tour and he tried to explain many times, tried to open a conversation to perform the tour but you never satisfied. And we as local tour operator manage to do partial refund for this trip even though it against the policy. So this 2 stars is bit unfair for us since we have tried our best to deliver the service and also accommodate partial refund as a goodwill. Thank you Best Regards Krisna And Team
The tour showed a lot of Ubud and the rafting was really fun! Putu was our driver, he was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We speak English and his English was really good, so it was helpful when he was explaining things to us or telling us stories about Indonesian culture. He had a lot of useful information but also came with us to make us feel safe in the monkey forest and he took photos of us for memories! Would 1000% recommend Putu! If we come back to Bali we would book him again!
