This is a long-overdue review of our Jordan trip in January 2025, thoughtfully arranged by Halino Travel. Looking back, it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish. A very special thanks to our driver, Mr. Ahmad, who was with us throughout the entire journey. He was well-mannered, disciplined, and extremely supportive, and often went beyond his role by acting as our tour guide. He was knowledgeable about the sites, shared helpful insights, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every part of the trip. The overall arrangements by Halino Travel were excellent — from airport assistance with visa and immigration, to smooth logistics and comfortable accommodations. Everything was well organized and professionally managed, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. Our time in Jordan was amazing, and the places we visited were truly exciting and unforgettable. Halino Travel is a highly professional team, and we would highly recommend them to future travelers. We would happily choose them again for our next trip.

Hi, I booked the Amman/Jordan tour with Halino Travels. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Before arrival to Amman Mt Mohammed took care of us and answered all the questions. Hotels booked were reasonable and comfortable. we were provided a comfortable van to visit Jerash, Citadel, Ajloun, Castle Karak, Wadi Rum (camp) , Petra, the Dead Sea, etc. On arrival to Amman till we left, Mr Jamal took care of us. he was our driver for the whole trip. Mr. Jamal is knowledgable about the area, was on time and gave us ample time to spend in each location. I would highly recommend Halino tours and Mr. Jamal for your Jordan trip.

Absolutely brilliant ! Everything was well organized from start to finish and we managed to fit so much into our week. Our driver was brilliant, nothing was too much for him, he made himself available every evening if we wanted him, and was always full of helpful suggestions of things to do if we had more time. He also knew the nicest restaurants, best value shops and some lovely places to see sunsets. Overall a really enjoyable trip with lots to see that was great value for money.

This was the most incredible, once in a lifetime trip. Our guide Ahmed, was so amazing and made us feel so comfortable. My sister, mother, and I felt like royalty, and he really made sure we got to see, eat, and experience the best Jordan had to offer. He was also extremely knowledgeable about all parts of Jordans culture and history, making for some really fascinating car rides. I could not have dreamed a more perfect trip, much of it owed to Ahmed. ps. He’s also an Excellent photographer

Mohamed and Halino Travel were outstanding in planning our Jordan trip. When flight cancellations forced last-minute changes, they accommodated us smoothly. They also tailored the tour to suit our 20-month-old, ensuring flexibility. Communication (via email and WhatsApp) was excellent, and the itinerary balanced activities with free time. The included accommodations were fair for the price, and we could book our own hotels as needed. Our driver, Ahmed, was fantastic—flexible with stops, easy to communicate with, and mindful of our vegetarian diet, even calling ahead for options. He efficiently adjusted plans for weather and was accommodating with our baby's needs, including storing our car seat. I highly recommend Halino and would gladly use them again for future trips to Egypt or the Holy Land.

Great service from start to finish. I literally had to do nothing apart from turn up at the airport. The driver waa a nice pleasant man and nothing was too much trouble for him. The itenary was great. I got to see so much Mohammed from the travel company stayed in touch via Whatsapp all the time. My only criticism is the accommodation at Wadi Rum. I thought I was getting a Martian dome but got a dark dingy hut with no towels etc then got an electric shock when I turned the light off. I assumed as I had upgraded to 4/5 star that I would get a dome but sadly no. I upgraded my hotel to 5 star last minute at The Dead Sea and it was worth it. All in all a great experience

Halino's organisation was great. Mohamed, the organiser arranged everything perfectly. Our driver, Ahmed, was excellent. He was kind, considerate and helpful. He made the whole experience super pleasant and ensured nothing went wrong. Thank you Ahmed for that, we really appreciated your dedication!
