Jayden was an awesome tour guide. He made sure to share with us all the details about the culture and the city and the notable sites. We enjoyed learning about the agriculture, the limestone, the construction daily, living, employment, opportunities, food, and fun. I Definitely would recommend him again and again.

I would highly recommend this tour. Jason was our guide and he was fantastic. He provided a detailed overview of what life is like in the Jamaican community. We went to so many different areas that were wonderful. The knowledge and education Jason provided on various topics such as housing, plant growth, health, etc., was priceless. And he took us to a few places we requested so it is truly a “customized” tour. You cannot go wrong taking this tour. It was the best and make our first time trip to Jamaica special. Thank you Jason! I just wanted to recommend SSJ Tours in Ocho Rios to everyone. I hired them for my grandson and myself last week. We are more "off the beaten path" type travelers and wanted more of a local day rather than a typical touristy excursion. Our driver was Janet and she gave us the perfect day of what we were looking for, I couldn't ask for a better local experience. SSJ does both set tours and also have a customizable option which is what we chose. Again, I highly recommend them for your time in Ocho Rios!

We were met on time and the car was very clean and comfortable and our driver, Jason, was fantastic. We told him what we were hoping to do in general and let him take us where he thought we’d like it best and it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get out alone and customize your day.

Coming to Jamaica my very first time, I was super excited. I came with my best friend Pat all the way from Canada. I got referred to Jamoy by a friend of mine who had seen him the week prior for an excursion tour. I must say Jamoy made my Jamaica trip one I will never forget. His friendly demeanour and professionalism is unmatched. He was a breath of fresh air, allowing me to see life outside the resort and experience the real Jamaica. I am most definitely coming to see him again anytime I go to Jamaica. Highly recommended him!!

So Jay was our driver for the whole weekend we were in Jamaica & he was great!! Knowledgeable abt the history of Jamaica, very friendly and personable. Always on time! He had great recommendations and made us feel safe throughout the trip. By the end, he seemed more like a friend than our driver. You have to book SSJ tours!! This was my 3rd time in Jamaica and this was by far the best driver experience. Book now!

SSJ Tours offers professional, friendly and knowledgeable service AT A GREAT PRICE! Jamoy and Nate were our drivers for the week and the service was amazing. We were picked up and dropped of on time and communication was continuous and predictable. Managing a group of 10 women with ease is not for the faint of heart, and they did great!
