Although I had some reservations about signing up directly with a local travel agency in Croatia, I was able to arrive at the event with peace of mind from the time I booked, and my guide Domagoj was always caring for us and our family with children, which made for a great day to remember.

Very beautiful and nature area. Long lines for walking, it worths a whole day with no rush. Good driver - HRVOJE, he took us to a beautiful old town near the lake too. Awesome!

I picked up a leaflet for Wanderer Travel advertising trips to the Plitvice Lakes from the information office in the square in Zagreb. Their office is only a short walk from there. There I met Dina and she was so friendly. We talked about the options she was very helpful. I decided to go on a full day trip. I was travelling alone so I decided to go with a group tour. There was only 4 of us. Our guide and bus driver Hrvoje was very friendly too. He brought us to some beautiful areas. The bus journey was very comfortable and we even stopped for coffee along the way. He gave great advice on how to make the most of our time at the lakes. It’s an amazing place to see in Croatia. So Thank you I really enjoyed that day and my trip to Zagreb. Trish Ireland

The whole day was just incredible. Plitvize Lakes themselves were absolutely breathtaking and was beautiful walking around surrounded by nature all day after being in Zagreb for a while! The tour involved pick up and drop off from accommodation in a private car. Our guide was such a legend and made the effort to make sure we were having a great time. He also took us to some secret local spots on the way back which made the trip really special and one to remember! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a day trip from Zagreb, I’ll be going again next time I am back!

Wanderer Travel Team is very friendly, helpful and patient. Initially we were considering a group tour to Plitvice Lake on the next day. The Team patiently explained the features of and comparison between the group tour and the private transfer. We decided to go on a private transfer for greater flexibility. Our tour guide and driver was Hrvoje, who is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. He recommended a trail in the Plitvice Lake National Park optimal for our group, with clear instruction and helpful tips. Hrvoje also brought us to the nearby villages, including the beautiful Restoke village, and introduced historical/cultural background. It was pleasant and stress-free to travel with Wanderer Travel. Highly recommended!
