The guide had great local knowledge and suggested areas or places of interest that suited our family. Enough breaks during the day were provided. It was a great day!

Great day out with the Private Wanaka and Arrowtown tour. Wayne was an amazing host, telling us all about the areas we drove through. We stopped at some amazing places for a photo as well as longer stops for lunch, a drink, etc. He even fit in an extra stop as we had a bit of time. Would highly recommend any tour with Remarkable Scenic Tours and we look forward to revisiting NZ and going on another tour. Thanks again Wayne!!

This was a superb tour... The tremendous beauty of the natural setting combined with the knowledge and expertise of the guide made for an unforgettable holiday. The van was clean and comfortable A truly memorable trip.
Bill was our guide/driver and he shared lots of local knowledge along the way. Time was allowed at Wanaka & Arrowtown so you could wander at your own pace. We enjoyed a ginger beer with Bill at the Cardrona Hotel. A good day.
This tour never happened. It was canceled due to vehicle problems, but the notification never got to me, and they never made certain it did, and so I waited an hour in the rain for a tour that never happened. I tried to call them, but they weren't answering their phone and seemed to have no concern about their client waiting for them to show up.
It was very heartbreaking after 9 years without one bad review to receive a one star for something like this. We messaged you a few days before via the booking portal to inform you that we have vehicle problems and gave you a few options including a full refund. It looks like you did not look at your messages and did not confirm with us directly the day before which is what we require when you booked, plus we also have no record of you calling. We know you received the message as you commented "due to vehicles problems" which you could have only known by reading the message. We are unsure about the "standing in the rain" comment as our pick up location has a covered roof. Next time you use an online booking system it's best to understand whats required from your end instead of hurting a business with negative feed back.
It’s a really nice day-trip, I’m lucky to join it in a good day, our guide Wayne hold everything well. Schedule is great, I think I didn’t miss any place on the way, and time is enough for every point. I’m also lucky to made some friends who also travel alone.
The tour was excellent. Kathy was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area so it was great to listen to her. Thanks for a great day out!
It was a great experience. Our guide Bill was an amazing man. Very knowledgeable, humorous, and kind. He made our trip more exciting. The trip started from Queenstown, and we stopped at Cromwell, Wanaka, Cardona, Arrowtown, back to Queenstown. Every stop was remarkable and superb. It was fun!
