Excursão privada de segway em Paphos

My husband Simon & I went on a Segway tour yesterday and I had to write a review mid-holiday because the tour was so outstanding. Mike who runs the tours is such a great guy, and gives a good safety briefing first, and some practice in a shaded courtyard before the tour begins. (He will put you at ease and make sure you are confident before you start.) We were so happy to be seeing the sights from a Segway that creates a beautiful breeze as you travel along (we passed many people who were struggling in the heat on foot). There were several stops where Mike gave some really interesting information about various sites. He was funny and engaging and told us the perfect amount of history for it to be memorable. (Also, if like me you have a weak bladder, there is a nice toilet half way; you can also buy a drink if you want.) There’s so much more I could say, but really if you are reading this I would wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic experience. You wont regret booking it!

We did the great Segway Tour with Mike. He is a super guide with a lot of humor and a great knowledge of the culture of Cyprus. After a patient instruction about the Segwayfahern we started .... we enjoyed it so much! We can highly recommend this tour.

4 of us went on private Segway tour - 70th Birthday treat for my husband so we weren't a young group - lol. None of us had tried Segway before and my sister-in-law & I were so nervous we were tempted to miss the tour. Very pleased we didn't bale out! Mike was so patient with us, making sure we were safe and comfortable on the machines before heading out on the tour. Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely do it again!

Having been on many Segway tours in different cities across Europe (best way to see you destinations), I was keen to do the same in Paphos. Searching the reviews, Paphos Segway tours were the stand out. We booked the sunset evening tour, which is recommended if you want to avoid the scorching heat on mid afternoon. Once we had booked online the communication from Mike was brilliant. The store is easy to find in the centre of Paphos. When we arrived we were greeted by Mike, who took everyone through the basic training of how to use the Segway, in a fun yet professional manner behind the shop. My partner had never used a Segway before and was pretty nervous, but Mike had here gliding around with confidence in minutes. The tour itself lasted about two hours with a cooling stop at a beach bar to buy any refreshments you needed. We were taken to all the historical attractions throughout the town of Paphos and delved into their history as Mike told us the stories behind each attraction. Overall a brilliant tour, one of the best I've been on. Paphos is a beautiful place when you can avoid the tourist traps, and this is a great way to start to immerse yourself into it's history. We thoroughly recommend this tour. None of us had riden a Segway before but Mike is a great teacher and was very patient and reassuring with my nervous wife. Our daughter said it is the best holiday activity she's done. In addition to the fun aspect, we learned a lot from Mike who is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of Paphos.

We booked this experience through our tour operator and even though their system lost our booking, Mike at Paphos Segway tours went the extra mile to make sure we got the tour we wanted. Its a great way to get around the town and after 10 minutes I felt right at home on the Segway. Mike is a great host and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Highly recommended.

We loved our Segway tour! Mike the guide talked us through the Segway instructions clearly and gave us a really informative tour of some of the historical sites of Paphos including St Paul’s pillar and Bil the lighthouse. Lots of fun and a brilliant way to see the city!

Mike was a great and knowledgeable instructor , who taught us the basics of Segway driving and the history of Paphos.

Mike was just brilliant! Amazing knowledge of the local history and a very professional, safe Segway guide. Have been on many trips on other holidays, but this was the best by a mile.
