We were lucky to have Mustapha as our guide to Marakesh. Not only did he have indepth knowledge of the city, but was also able to discuss day to day activities regarding both the Muslim world and the country of Morocco allowing us to get a greater understanding of their lifestyle. Mustapha was an incredibly knowledgeable, personable, adaptable, and all-round wonderful guide that I, without a doubt, highly recommend! Due to last-minute changes, I went to Marrakech as a solo female traveller and as a result wanted an idea of my surroundings on my first full day. Mustapha was very flexible about the sites I was interested in seeing, so I informed him ahead of time and he agreed to meet me at my riad as I was unsure of how to get to the meeting spot. Not only did I get to see everything I was keen on visiting, he took me to surprising and fun places, had nothing but fascinating facts to tell, and, unexpected bonus, admission fees were waivered as part of the tour. Most importantly, I felt relieved to know that I could ask him any questions on how to stay safe, what prices you should expect, and any other important tips and tricks for the rest of my trip. It was also very helpful that he could take picturesque photos of me with my phone! If I ever go back, I would ask for his help again in a heartbeat.

Mustapha guided us through the Medina today on an informed and very interesting tour. His knowledge of the city and its history was very clear, as was his ability to find a quiet corner to give an opportunity for us to hear about each location and its significance. We were led across open markets, through the winding laneways of the Medina, and into unique areas and shops, all while avoiding most of the crowds of the day. If you are interested in a tour provided by a mature, professional guide, who has a deep knowledge of the history of Morocco, Mustapha is a good choice.

Mustapha was a fantastic tour guide and a great representative of Morocco. Well spoken, flexible to our needs as we progressed thru the day, chock full of interesting stories about the sites we were visiting. The little things were great! Who knew a seemingly simple door could contain so much information? We toured the souk on our own the day before but he brought it to life and took us to sections we did not know existed.

Our party of 6 adults booked the 1/2 day tour. Our guide, Mustapha was knowledgeable, friendly, and had great patience with those of us who were easily distracted with taking photos and looking at crafts. He made great suggestions for lunch, further shopping, and gave a great overview of all places we visited. We would highly recommend him.
