We absolutely loved our full day private tour or Gozo. Everything was perfect, from the guide to driver to the intinary. Especially suitable for family with children. And the island of Gozo is simply beautiful, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Malta.
We had a great guide - Miriam - for this tour. She picked us up from our hotel in Valletta and took us to the ferry to Gozo. Once in Gozo we had a comfortable van where Miriam and our driver took us around the island. We visited Ggantija which was spectacular then had a great meal at a little restaurant in Xlendi which has a nice little harbor. We went to the Inland Sea/Dwerja and had a great boat ride. This is where the Azure Window was location. After that we saw the beautiful Basilica Ta'Pinu and visited La Cittadella in Victoria. Miriam speaks fluent English and has a lot of knowledge of the area. She is an excellent tour guide and I highly recommend her.
Our guide Miriam was excellent. She spoke fluent English and was incredibly knowledgeable. We had a great time going all over Gozo from Ggantija to the remains of the Azure window, the Inland Sea by Dwerja complete with a boat ride, the beautiful basilica of Ta'Pinu, and La Cittadella of Victoria (Rabat). The day was perfect and well worth it. I would highly recommend Miriam as a tour guide.
Very informative well organised, highlight was the boat trip from the inland sea. Thanks to Miriam and the drivers for a most friendly and enjoyable day.
Thank you for this review, we are glad you enjoyed your day. Hope to see you back in Malta in the future! Have a lovely summer, Joanna
We had the best day ever in Gozo, our guide was very informative and friendly and so was the driver.
Thank you so much for this review, our guide will be very happy to hear! Have a lovely summer, Joanna
We were a party of 13 with 8 adults and 5 children, aged 4 to 14. Our tour guide was Nikki, who was spectacular - the best tour guide of our two week-trip. Enthusiastic about her adopted home of Malta, very knowledgeable not only about Malta but about history in general. We learned so much and our grandchildren even enjoyed hearing about stories and life in the old times. English was perfect. We covered much territory in our tour and the grandkids loved the swim in the Blue Grotto. Lots of fun. One of our grandkids had a brace on her teeth that broke, but no problem, Nikki found a dentist who repaired the brace and at no charge to us. Highly recommended.
Wow thank you for such a lovely review! I will surely pass this on to Nikki. We are so happy you had such a great time on the tour! Thank you for trusting us, have a lovely summer, Joanna
A well organised and informative tour of Gozo with Miriam as Tour Guide who was very knowledgeable and enjoyable company.
Thank you for this review, Miriam is indeed very knowledgable. Have a nice summer! Joanna
A full day spent with guide Paula and driver Anton. We were shown many interesting sights and Paula supplied a great deal of information. This was pitched at a great level so always held our attention. Although not cheap this is a great way to tour and learn about Gozo so highly recommended. Thank you Paula for guiding us and making our tour so enjoyable.
Gozo is truly a beautiful little island. We are glad our guide Paula got to show you what the island has to offer. Thank you for booking with us, we look forward to having you back in the future! have a nice summer, Joanna
I went to Malta for the New Year's holiday. I asked Gozo for an optional Japanese guide and went around. From Malta, the boat was a big cruise liner, about 30 minutes long. Just looking at the blue sea and blue sky is soothing. Unlike the color of the Japanese sky, it is a very beautiful blue. Gozo is packed with ancient ruins, churches visited by Vatican popes and salt fields that still make salt. The food was also delicious because of the abundance of seafood. It's just that there's so much to eat that if you ask for more people, you might not be able to eat ... The security was good and the people who lived there were kind. It is a summer resort, but in winter it was grand with greenery. Potatoes were delicious as if they were specialties. The wine is only produced locally and can only be drunk locally. It is also recommended to buy them as souvenirs.
During our stay in Malta we booked through the Hotel, a day trip to Gozo. We went by coach to the Port and caught the Ferry before joining another coach in Gozo. What a beautiful place Gozo is, it appears to have everything with lovely churches, the Ancient Stones and the Blue Lagoon. Such an informative guide who informed us of the history as we went around. Even a trip on the iconic mini train was lovely. A place not to be ignored and you will undoubtedly enjoy it
