We went with friends for dinner, something we have done fairly regularly over the years. The food was in general good. Unfortunately on this occasion the service spoiled the night. The two male waiters who attended us were surly, arrogant and rude. it was totally unacceptable. This is the second time recently we have suffered from the arrogant one who used to have a pony tail and we will not be returning until he moves on. His attitude is deplorable and should not be tolerated.
We booked our tour with Green Kashmir Travels and the experience was great. Luckily we got to see snowfall in Peer Gali and Sinthantop, all thanks to Mr. Danial for making this trip awesome.
The service and response of this tour is excellent. My questions were promptly responded from the beginning. Mr Amin has organised at the best our trip in Kashmir.We have been able to make the most of it.Accomodations were superb.Shahid the driver has been very helpful.I highly recommend Green Kashmir Tours and Travels.
